This is the type of experience money can’t buy. It is worth every penny, and even more. It is an experience that is out of this world! I have a younger brother with Autism Spectrum Disorder who is mostly nonverbal, and the staff went out of their way to attend to his every wants and needs, interact with him, and make him feel special. This right here is the reason why my family and I will be coming back as often as we can.

I brought my niece to the Palm Court for high tea for her 18th birthday. The staff treated us like royalty. It was a beautiful experience for us both. I would specially like to say thank you to Stanley Hudson, the Palm Court Server Assistant, for making this experience so special for my niece and for me!

Kazi made our brunch extra special! It was my sister’s 21st birthday and he made sure she was treated like royalty the entire time. The palm court was beautiful and the food was delicious. On our way out Kazi got a great picture of us!

The Palm Court is amazingly beautiful, classy, fragrant, upscale, but not pretentious! The ambiance was so calm and relaxing it was like we had traveled to a tropical island. Fariz waited on us and we were so grateful to have him do so. He was very attentive as well as courteous! He catered to our every need. Afternoon Tea was such a very lovely and memorable experience. 🌸🌼🌺

Such a fun experience. I went with my cousin and niece and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it! Staff is so kind and the place is beautiful. Tea was perfect and our server Fariz was a lovely gentleman!!

My aunt was in from SC and high tea at the Plaza was a non-negotiable stop. It’s definitely not a budget friendly option, but it’s definitely a fun and lovely once in a lifetime experience. From the moment we walked in, the Plaza staff were kind, accommodating, and gracious. We opted for the Grand Imperial tea service and Syed and his colleagues contributed to a memorable experience. I’d recommend if you have the time and are able to afford the expense.
