The rooms don’t look like the pictures and I have never stayed in a hotel with such poor housekeeping. A headboard with dirt like this is totally unacceptable. There are similar pictures on previous posts which indicate the lack of care and attention to detail...More
We got upgraded by the friendly man on the front counter which we appreciated, but after one night in the room we asked to be moved. There were two women working the front desk that day and they were blunt and rude, as we had...More
Don't take my review lightly; this was genuinely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't even know where to start. Firstly don't think the rooms will look anything like the pictures! When we arrived we were so shocked at how small it was...More
Rooms to the front of the hotel are noisy due to traffic also air conditioning is ancient and that too is noisy. Extension lead was held together with tape. Only one working lift which held seven people (also used by the cleaners) it took ages...More
We expected a tiny New York hotel room. This hotel room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and room was clean. Perfectly located at a reasonable price for Times Square.

Midtown / Times Square / Theater District / Manhattan
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
They took our Credit Card details on check in but didn't reserve any funds/security deposit on it from what I can remember.
They used it when we left to pay the city tax charges for your stay on check out.
