This was our first trip to NYC, so I wanted a midtown location so we were close to the Broadway shows. The proximity to Times Square was close enough, and we were in between all of the places we wanted to check out. The front desk, particularly Nicole and Meredith, were kind and helpful. Nicole went above and beyond to help us find a comedy club. We also had a great view of the Empire State Building from our room. To be sure, the rooms are tiny. I wasn’t expecting much seeing the cost of real estate in NYC, but don’t expect to get a huge suitcase in there. The bathrooms were a decent size, however! I would definitely return here in the future!
The location of the hotel was excellent. Right on the doorstep of Times Square. Lots of breakfast and brunch places within 10 minutes walking distance. Rooms were very clean, housekeeping was done every day. The concierge was very helpful and so were everyone on the front desk. Beds and linen were very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay a lot.
Excellent Customer Service, a special mention to Nicole at the front desk and Sam for saving the day by suggesting another mode of payment, Apple Pay. Location, location, location! LeSoleil is just a stone's throw away from the top sights in NYC. Amazing stay!
Great location, comfortable room, friendly staff. Only minor negatives, ie clock radio not working, no pillows for pull out, no ice bucket- staff took care of these quickly. Overall positive stay - would recommend
André at the front desk saved the day! He was so professional and genuine. We originally booked at a different hotel in SOHO and had to move immediately because it was an awful mess. We called Executive Suites Le Soleil at midnight and André was so helpful finding us a room so late. They only had a queen room with a twin sofa bed but we grabbed it. My daughter’s and I took an Uber around 1am and when we arrived, he was so welcoming which helped my daughter’s feel better about their 1st trip to NYC. The next morning, we were pleasantly surprised to be moved to a bigger room to more comfortably accommodate the three of us. I only have a picture of the full sofa bed to share but the rest of the room was beautiful and modern. Thanks so much André!!! **Very clean hotel** Excellent bell hop service Strong Air conditioning All Front desk staff are incredibly friendly and Courteous The restaurant makes better Italian food then expected! Had live music in front of restaurant and outdoor seating Price is reasonable Location is perfect for getting around , close to Empire State Building plus shopping at the biggest Macys ever!…
We had a short vacation stay (3 nights) in NYC. We chose Hotel LeSoleil for its location, but also came away very pleased with the service of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. I would heartily recommend it to anyone planning a trip to NYC.
I have so much to say about this hotel but I know just describe the main things. Staff is great and everyone smiles at you. The hotel is closer to anything you want to do or go and is worth booking this hotel.
The hotel is very clean and worth if staying at this hotel. Service is phenomenal and managers are very kind hearted. Mr. Raza was so kind that he took the time out to speak to my crying kids and give them a bag of toys. I appreciate your generosity.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before when travelling to NYC for business and it has always been a good corporate hotel but this time, the team really excelled themselves. I fell ill with Covid while staying there and Yasir, Sam and the whole team couldn’t have been more helpful or caring. They went out of their way to be supportive and it made a very difficult week much easier to handle. Thank you to all!
Came to the city after al Covid thing but we had enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Hotel is clean and smells good. Rooms are very clean and we love the milk chocolate in the rooms. We needed help with our safe and Yasir came in person to help us. We also asked him for few recommendations for the outdoor dinning and he was outstanding.
