We had problems with the reservation in booking.com (they changed the date of the reservation before the payment) but the manager was very nice, he even helped us cancel the reservation without any fee and he was very nice all the time. The hotel is so tidy and pretty. I loved my stay!

Loved our stay here! All the facilities of the room were so luxurious, high-quality, and comfortable. The staff is AMAZING and exceeded our expectations with spectacular service. Specifically, Meredith and Yodira assisted us with a technical error about our booking with swift efficiency and thoughtfulness. Overall, the Executive Hotel is a lovely place to stay for friends, couples, business trips, and families. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a great location in Manhattan!

This place never disappoints. The street is under construction currently, but nothing you can about that. That said, the rooms are VERY quiet and clean. Check in is quick, lots of nice restaurants close by and just a block Or two away from lots of shopping and sightseeing (Macy’s and Empire State Building, et al).

The Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York was a lovely hotel and experience! The rooms were clean and well appointed (think a fresh robe, desk, comfy beds/linens, good blow dryer!) but most of all, the staff was SO generous and kind. I was there with my family for the weekend - including a baby and 7 year old, and they made it so easy to stay with kids. The concierge booked us a car back to the airport, taking extra care to show us the comparison in price to Uber and teaching us how to navigate the subway! 10/10 would recommend! Can't wait to go back!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing, and had the friendliest staff and the most convenient location to travel to and from, including it's close proximity to Penn Station, making it easy to reach from JFK.

This hotel isn't the fanciest, but it is a solid choice and excellent value. Clean and quiet room, friendly staff, convenient location to Times Square and Penn Station. I had a small hiccup with a malfunctioning light fixture, and someone came right away and fixed it - which is all that was needed...but they apologized profusely, gave me a coupon for breakfast and went way above and beyond. That kind of customer service attitude is rare and deserves recognition!
