The best part of this hotel is the staff. We came across a dozen people in our stay and they were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, they have something for everyone. Even my wife who always eats healthy. The shower in the room is huge with great pressure and the water was hot. The negative is the...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

This hotel is perfect, so close to restaurants and shopping, but a quiet area. There is a fun bar right in the hotel, the hotel is quiet and very clean. Have stayed here for 3 years and would never change.

Clean hotel with a good hot breakfast included with the price. The wi-fi was great throughout every area in the hotel. My family felt safe, one down is there is no food service other than breakfast. Seemed a bit over priced but I realize it is New York.

If you are in a lower floor in this hotel you will hear noise from the road outside due to proximity to the Holland Tunnel. However street noise is a common problem in New York. However the real noise in the lower floors is caused by the building mechanical systems, constant rumbling and vibration all day / all night. I...

Stayed here for five nights recently. This hotel is perfect for what we wanted as first time visitors to the city. The room was comfortable with two double beds ( we were checked in early at no extra cost after a sixteeen hour flight-thank you Tiana at reception ). Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Room has no fridge but...

I know that some reviews have mentioned smallish rooms (fairly standard for NYC) and somewhat outdated decor. Yes, the carpet, wallpaper, and furniture in my room have seen better days. Those things matter more to some people, but did not affect my stay or satisfaction whatsoever. Location is on the edge of Soho, within a 15-20 minute walk to Greenwich...

Small rooms. You hear car horns honking all night long because of being so close to the Holland Tunnel. Uber had a hard time getting to the hotel because of Holland tunnel traffic. Free breakfast was not bad. Had to pay for premium Internet to get enough speed to do work. The complementary Internet was too slow and kept dropping.

Perfect for business travel. Conveniently located near the Holland Tunnel, financial district, and mid-town. Clean, neat rooms, nice eating area. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Breakfast was very good (although they need more cut fruit available). There's a nice diner (Amelia's) right around the corner.
