The Kimberly is a traditionally styled, boutique suite hotel located between 3rd & Lexington Avenues. With 30 rooms and 162 suites ranging from 266 to 935 sq ft., we offer personalized service from a warm and caring staff. Most of our suites have balconies, a rarity in NYC and many offer views of the city. Our mattresses are covered with feather beds and decked with Frette linens, which earn comments such as "I didn't want to get up" from our guests. A bonus here, is that in addition to our on-site fitness center, work-out enthusiasts can use any of the NY Heatlth and Racquet Club's 9 locations, including pools and work-out classes at no additional cost and can enjoy a cruise for three hours on their 75 ft yacht (in season) for a fee of $30 which includes a light buffet supper.

This hotel truly is a hidden gem. It's very central so we were able to walk to most places we wanted to see. The service was excellent, from check-in, to the greeters, concierge, servers in the restaurant (which is EXCELLENT as well), the maids... Everyone was friendly, helpful and gracious. Milan and Gregory were our favourite people to see almost every day. It is clean - very clean. Warm and cosy inside. I would highly recommend this hotel for all that it offers.

Nothing disappoints in this hotel! Apart from being close to Times Square, Broadway, Central Park, etc, and in a really nice area, the rooms are well equipped with hairdryer, magnifying mirror, thick towels, very comfortable beds and linens, microwave, and mini-fridge. The cleaning staff do an exceptional job - everything is immaculate, including shower grills, drawers, window sills. The doormen, the cleaning staff, and the front desk personnel are friendly and helpful, We ate late dinners at the hotel restaurant Bistango three times in a week - nothing like the generous basket of bread and hummous to enjoy after a busy day exploring the City while deciding on a meal - the food was delicious, really reasonable prices, and the Bistango staff felt like friends; attentive but not hovering. This hotel has a certificate posted showing its high travel rating for 2019 - and from our very pleasant experience absolutely deserves it.

I picked the Kimberly because we share a name and it's got that special and rare find in midtown, large 2 room suites with balconies! Our room was updated with all the ritzy modcons yet still had the glitz and glamorous of days gone by with arched doorways and elegant furnishings. The reviews I read before coming here expressed exactly why we'll be coming back here as often as we can... Charles and the staff made us feel special and personalized their services to our every need. Thank you for hosting the weekend of our dreams!

Enjoyed staying here last week. Hotel has a great location with a subway station 1 street away. The room was a decent size and was kept spotless during our visit. Found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a great breakfast location on the top floor which is also used as a cocktail bar in the evenings. Good selection of food available at breakfast. Would gladly stay again if in the city.

Thank you for your consideration. We would be thrilled to host you at The Kimberly Hotel. From 4PM onward the age limit on the rooftop is 21. However, for the great views and coffee, pastries and hanging out it is open to all hotel guests 11AM till 4PM. Breakfast is served on the roof until 11AM. Health Club age during the week is 18 and older. Saturday-Sunday the Club offers family swim from 9-12. The hotel is open for Christmas and will be fully functioning. As far as dinner, I would suggest calling our Concierge to discuss some amazing options in the area. I hope to welcome you to The Kimberly. Kind Regards, Kim

Would it be acceptable to wear sneakers or is it hard line dress code
Yes, it would be acceptable to wear sneakers in the hotel. Many of our guests wear sneakers to walk around the city. The Upstairs (which is our rooftop lounge) at night would require dress shoes. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks, Kim

Does your hotel offer parking? If so how much is it per say/night?
Dear Lisa, Thank you for your inquiry! Indeed, The Kimberly Hotel has an agreement with the nearest Parking Lot around the corner. Please note their charge for overnight parking is currently $48 for regular size vehicles (as opposed to $62 normally charged) or $58 for oversized vehicles (as opposed to $78 for the general public). Our Doormen will gladly valet your vehicle at no extra charge, so all you have to do is pull up to the Hotel’s front door. While the charge is directly from the Lot, you may charge it to your Room Account for your convenience. Also, please note there are no “in-and-out privileges”, which means you incur a new charge every time your vehicle is brought out of the Lot. We hope this helps while we already look forward to welcoming you home soon! Most cordially, Jorge G. - Assistant General Manager
