First time there. Don't know why as we visit NYC about 6 times a year. Now our "go-to" place. It's like having your own apartment in the Upper West Side. Close to shops etc. Great supermarket across the street. Staff was super. Room was immaculate. What a great location for a show at the Beacon Theater (Acoustically the best venue...

If you want to be on the Upper West Side of New York City the Beacon is an ok place to stay. If you have a family the kitchen in the room with a full refrigerator is a real bonus. However, the hotel is dated. The bathrooms are old and the plumbing is not that functional. I was really annoyed...

I have had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Beacon several times around and I would never stay anywhere else. It's not because of its fantastic location or the room sizes but the staff that make it all happen, they are amazing and bend over backwards to ensure your stay is truly memorable. Thank you Tom Travers and Eliana you...

We travelled from Australia as husband and wife with our 19 year old daughter. We booked ten months in advance a two double corner suite and requested the top floor if possible. We were located on the 21st floor with an amazing view and there was so much space it was wonderful. The location of the hotel was excellent, and...

We stayed at the Beacon on our honeymoon. And revisited it again. We love this place. Beds are great. Linens were sumptuous. We love Foodways across the street. Parking is right around the corner. Our room was super quiet. Kitchen is perfect. Front desk helped us use public transit. The best breakfast EVER is right next door. Oatmeal to die...

I cannot recommend this great hotel enough! The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, plus the bed is almost as comfortable as the one at home! Small kitchen area was great for snacks or a light meal. Friendly & professional staff were always available to answer any questions. Fairway Market is right across the street. Subway station...

Stayed here only one night bu everything was very smooth ...from baggage drop off to check out. Room was very spacious and well-appointed --- including full-equipped kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove top, cooking utensils, etc. We were on the 24th floor which offered a great view of the river and beautiful apartment building across the street. Highly recommend.
