If there are not any queen beds available the website needs to be changed. I specifically booked this hotel based on bed size and location. The complimentary internet was awful. But also paying $15 a day is really expensive especially on a 5 night stay.

Great place to stay. The location is fantastic. 5-minute walk to the UN Building. 7 minutes to Grand Central Station. 10 minutes to the Public Library. 20 minutes to Times Square. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Manhattan for sightseeing. Large rooms for Manhattan standards, clean place, friendly and helpful staff. It's a really good hotel to...

Not the best location, but worked for me because it was located close to my customers. The hotel is closed to Grand Central. It is a quiet hotel with the basic needs for business. As it is so closed to my customers I may continue staying in in the future.

Well located hotel in quieter location near Hudson River. Hotel being fully refurbished. Public areas are done and elegant. Suggest you book then call with request for new room otherwise may get an older room.

Where to begin. First off, the "restaurant onsite" is breakfast only. The shower heads do not move so you practically stand on the drain to rinse off under the trickle of water. The heating/cooling doesn't work well. The temperature in my room was 80 degrees with the thermostat at 68 and the heat would not stop. I had to turn...

I had a bad experience at this hotel about 2-3 years ago. Knew they had made some renovations so I thought I would give them another chance. I doubt that I will stay at this hotel again. Does not start breakfast until 7 AM. Rooms are very small. Could not turn my chair to the desk as the bed was...

Last week, I was stranded in NYC after the snow storm, I contacted the hotel and got fast service and some good advice. The room was comfortable and very up to date. The staff provided me with a location for a quick meal and helped arrange taxi service in the morning.

This was one of my most disappointing Hilton stays. Room was extremely small. Room was clean however the bath tub was still dirty. Staff was not as friendly as you would expect to get at a Hilton. We stayed here because it was one of the least expensive Hiltons in New York City. We now know why.

Stayed at this hotel for business. Found the hotel staff to be quite helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way in simple items to ensure experience was good. When I didn't have enough time to sit for breakfast, a waiter immediately grabbed me a coffee with a lid and a container where I could take some food along....

Despite multiple emails to the manager of this hotel I have still received no response from the hotel itself about issues during my stay in December. My problems were as follows: 1. I was charged more than quoted for an inferior room type. Upon making the reservation I was given a confirmed "Total for Stay" of 1,575.88 USD including all...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
