The entire staff is outstanding. From the front desk Kevin, Christina and Shenikwa are wonderful. The entire Bell Staff is excellent. There have been significant upgrades throughout the hotel. The new "grab and go" is outstanding.

The hotel is well-run and the service staff is outstanding, from bellmen to housekeeping. Kevin in particular at the front desk is wonderful, thoughtful and responsive. I am not a big fan of the lobby renovation and the move to a convenience-store style with a lot of snacks on display. The old bar was much cozier. But the bartenders are...

My daughter and I planned a last minute overnight to NYC. We were greeted at the front desk with a big hello, was asked if we needed any dinner recommendations or additional suggestions. Our room was on the 20th floor, we could see the river, not bad for a last minute reservation. the room was very clean and fresh, and...

Hotel experience was ok, basically treated as nobody upon arrival, nothing to comment either way about our stay, other than it was adequete. Dissappointed that the hilton price gaurantee took too long to review my alternative quote and did not deliver. Complaints went unanswered :( Towels were old and tattered.

Dear smasha314, I am sorry to read that you were not treated better at our property as that is of course not the standard to how we take care of our guests. I will review this with my staff to ensure all of our guests feel welcomed right as they walk through the doors. As for the Hilton Price Guarantee...

Me, my 3 colleagues and our delegates from Turkey visited here for 2 nights. The location of the hotel is so convenient. The breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Building is a little bit old but it's renovated. The bellboy whose name is Chafik was so helpful to us. He helped with the carrying luggages (25 each...

My sister and I stayed in the Hilton Manhattan East over the Easter weekend and all I can say is that it was the best hotel experience I ever had. I strongly recommend it. small room (very European feeling). 1980's technology for the Heating/Cooling and lights, and they don't work very well. But good location, clean and reasonably quiet. Understaffed, so hard to get the front desk on the phone. Nice lobby, and they have a small bar and nice work area in the lobby.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
