We stayed at the Park Savoy 3 nights - July 4, 5, and 6 - but left early at 2 AM to get to the airport. It was our first visit to New York, so we wanted to see a lot in the short time that we had. This location was awesome. 1 block from Central Park and close access...

The location of the hotel is great. The room we booked (2 double beds) is extremely small but are you supposed to be outside and visit NYC.... The room was stuffy, just a window air conditioner. We booked a room with private bathroom which was rather old but clean. The hotel is located right next to a construction site. No...

Went there last summmer. Location is great, its cheap, rooms are teeny tiny & clean. Well, your in NYC so you dont care of the room. But customer service was lame. It was 5 PM, time to check in. We're tired, we take the key but we cant use the stairs cause they're painting it!! And the elevator is very...

Ok here is probably more then you need to know. but I wish I had this review before my trip to help with booking!!!!! Ok I was so worried. With searching for months because we wanted location and demanded a non shared bathroom and doors that locked correctly.( Hostels worried me greatly) I worried about this place since it seemed...

I spent ten days at the Park Savoy in the beginning of May. Our room was small but very clean. The hotel is very well located. An excellent deal for the price. They even offer a very basic breakfast. The only thing my husband and I really didn't like was the fact they do not allow us to make phone...

I stayed at this hotel last July for a week. The room was small, kept clean, and I didn't see bugs. The t.v. was tiny, so bring along your eyeglasses if you're nearsighted. It was worth the price I paid and it very close to Central Park South, Columbus Circle, and subway lines going up/downtown. I am booking again this...

First off--the staff is RUDE! If you are into being grunted at and given no eye contact whatsoever, then you are in luck. Second, had trouble daily with our shower, we could not seem to have consistent hot water and both my friend and I experienced cold showers---oh, and when the maintenance man came to fix it, he fiddled around...

We stayed three nights in the beginning of March for vacation. The hotel is exactly what is advertised, clean and without frills. The room was very clean, the private bathroom was cleaner than at many 5-star hotels. We got soap and even schampoo and body cream. The towels were changed every day. The room is small but if you want...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
