Only issue was how loud the honking horns were right outside the room. The room was small, but we were only in it to change clothes and sleep. So it worked to change clothes. The elevator was very slow as well

After looking for a long time we booked this hotel. I had looked at all the recent reviews and took them on board. I emailed the hotel in advance and asked if it would be possible to have a bigger room if occupancy allowed as my husband is 6ft 5 and needs a little space!! I received an email back...

Really nice place. They offer small breakfast buffet in the connected bar/restaurant. Only problem with my stay is the room on the second floor facing 47St. New Yorker's love to lay on their horns, constantly and all night long. This makes any ability to sleep impossible. Bringing this up to hotel staff resulted in being offered ear plugs. This worked...

Stayed there for two nights for business. You cannot beat the location, right on Times Square and so I expected noise but the construction right next door at all hours of day and night was really more than I expected. Walking into the lobby, the hotel seems very fun and exciting but rooms have a lot to wish for -...

There is no way this hotel deserves a 4 star ranking. The rooms are ridiculously tiny. There is literally a 2 foot circumference around the bed. There is a building being built next door with construction (and sequential noises) throughout the night. The whole hotel smelled like weed. I couldn't keep a consistent WIFI connection. It was a terrible experience.

My wife and I were visiting New York and wanted a smaller hotel closer to the theatre district as we had booked to see some shows (an American in Paris and On Your Feet which were excellent). We chose the Night hotel at Times Square for it's location near to everything. It is literally 50 metres from Times Square. The...

We hope you will think of us in the future as the noise should be over soon. Sincerely, Sarah

Fantastic deal! You can't get a better location. Only downside, which didn't bother me personally, was that everything is small. The rooms, hallways, elevators, are not for the claustrophobic. That being said I enjoyed everything about my stay!

During our 2 days stay we were incredibly pestered by construction work sounds of the building next door, it started already at 04:00 AM and kept us completely sleepless. Cityview room was also a cityview room looking out to a large concrete wall instead of the city itself Really not advisable to stay here.

I paid $600 AUD for one nights stay and was put in a pokey room right next to a construction site that started drilling from 2am. I was prepared for the noise of Times Square but not a construction site.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
