Had a great size room with a view of Empire State Building. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if ever in NYC. Staff was incredibly catering and rooms were exceptionally clean and roomy.

We stayed at the Tuscany for one night, a quick little get away and it was perfect! The location is wonderful and the hotel itself was clean and specious. Huge and comfortable bed! We loved it! We will be back for sure!

Everything could not have been better. Great sized room, it felt like an apartment. No issues at all. My new favorite, tucked away luxury spot. Valet parking at $50.00 was not bad considering others charged a lot more.

Very friendly staff (Thai checked us in), great location near grand central, Empire State Building, Bryant park, etc. the room was clean and large. Plenty of plugs. Sushi roxx is the restaurant downstairs. We didn't eat there because we already had reservations, but it looks like a lot of fun.

Staff was wonderful. The hotel needs repair to some of the major mechanicals, we experienced really low/no water pressure and a broken air conditioner all in the same stay. Next time I am in NYC I might stop by just to visit with the front desk staff (they were tremendous!) but would be reluctant to stay due to the hassle...

Great room size and deluxe bathroom, a nice hideway in busy New York City. Staff was friendly and professional which was a welcomin experience as we checked in rather late, after midnight. Elevator needs a key for operation and that added to the the feeling security for our 4-day stay.

We paid a lot for this hotel so were a bit disappointed on arrival. Communal areas and rooms were a bit tired and everywhere could have done with a good clean. However location was great and after a busy day in the city we appreciated this! Concierge was very friendly and gave us some good tips for things to do...

Good hotel within walking distance to entertainment. Checkin and out was quick and easy. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was pretty, but had a strange smell. A little noisy overnight due to street traffic. Room was spacious for NYC and walk in shower was nice, but the stained furniture and roaches left lasting impressions.

Great location convenient to Grand Central. Always clean. Room had a great rooftop view including the Empire State Building which we loved to see at night. We booked a 4-night special so our room was on the budget end, not a suite. I would not class this a luxury hotel although very nice. It a good value and we were...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
