Stayed at this swanky little boutique hotel; on Feb.6-7 while accompanying my wife on a business trip. Don't tell anybody about this little secret. Rooms are large and comfy. Location is convenient to everything. If you go, you must have breakfast at Scottys right around the corner

We were happy to find a remarkably competitive rate for such a fine midtown hotel on a Saturday night. The hotel room was quite spacious, with a modern look and a terrific view of the Chrysler Building. The king bed was very comfortable, and the bath has modern fixtures, a glass shower, EVulcano shampoo and conditioner, etc.The front desk reception... More

My husband and I travel to NYC several times a year for an overnight or weekend visit. We booked the hotel via the Hotel Tonight app and that worked out great. We feel that we got a good deal and the reviews for the hotel were favorable. The room was large and the hotel is in a good location. There... More

Dear pygdus, Thank you for sharing your recent experience at The Tuscany. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our spacious rooms and great location! We regret to hear, however, that the bathroom was not fully ready prior to your arrival, and especially that it took several requests to resolve the issue. We strive to provide attentive, efficient service,... More

My wife and I have just spent eight nights at The Tuscany, in one of the loft suites. The suite comprised of a large bedroom, enormous living room, large bathroom and separate walk in wardrobe. Having the living room was great as it means if one of you gets up early or stays up late you can watch tv, switch... More

We spent five nights at The Tuscany over the last week and it was just what we were looking for - a decently priced, central Manhattan hotel. We stayed during the coldest spell NY has seen in many years and were grateful of a comfortable, well heated room after long days out in the cold. The room was of great... More

Well I booked this through Hotwire, so didn't know where I was going to end up. However I was really pleasantly surprised. I've stayed in plenty of hotels in New York and this one had a huge room, plenty of storage, big shower, and a room safe. The room was very modern in style, and a huge very very comfy bed.... More

Quiet and away from the midtown hustle, the Tuscany hotel was perfect for a getaway weekend. The front desk welcomed us and we were able to check in quickly and early. The room was small but clean and modern. The only problem during our stay was there wasn't any water in the entire hotel for over an hour, which might... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
