The New York Marriott Marquis is located right at the Times Square! Excellent location & excellent service! Very clean & well maintained rooms. Just like the city, the hotel never sleeps! We had to check out at 4am in the morning and most of desks...More
Recently stayed at the fantastic Marriott Marquis for a week during my first ever visit to New York City and could not have asked for anything more. Centrally located in the heart of Time Square the positioning is fantastic, offering some great views and easy...More
Right in the middle of Times Square. Great for family travel. Visited with my kids and they loved the HYPE once you walk out the door. Customer service was great as well as the facilities. Second time I've stayed here and will definitely repeat>

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Check with reservations on this when you book. Also, do not miss the Times Square Bar with its view of where the ball drops. It is pricey but the food and service are excellent.

The Marriott is closer to Grand Central, but wasn't that difficult from Penn Station. We arrived at Penn Station and took the 1,2, or 3 train to 42nd St. and then it was 4 blocks to the hotel. Hope this helps.
