The Hotel Lobby looks very nice and well designed. It's secure - a guy is checking the room keys before getting to the elevator. The Rooms - the Petit Room is a disaster! They say Small they should write "mini". The bed is just for one man and there is a small bath room. We are flying a lot and...

Dear Shay M, We very much appreciate your feedback on our hotel! Indeed our rooms are in the cozier side; however the Paramount Hotel offers a great deal of several room types to choose from, ranging anywhere from a Broadway Classic to a One Bedroom Suite, we truly feel that there is a room type for everyone. We hope perhaps...

The staff at this hotel do not care at all about the guests. When I arrived they tried to put me in a room smaller than the one I had booked, and in which the air conditioning was broken. They told me there were no rooms available in the size I had booked. When I got to my room and...

We checked into the Paramount on a Saturday afternoon. Although the hotel is pricy, we felt that we had done well as the lobby is fairly well appointed. That is where the "luxury" ends at The Paramount. We were shocked when we unlocked the door to our room. (Which was located RIGHT across from the elevator- you can imagine the...

I travel to New York about one a month. This is not only the worst place I have stayed in New York, it is the worst place I have stayed in the world. Cleanliness: I checked in for a week's stay and noticed as I was unpacking that the trash cans were full. I went in to the bathroom and...

When we checked in on Thursday night the staff informed us that they overbooked the queen rooms so they would give us a full sized room and would comp us a single breakfast. Stayed here one night for business. Common themes running through reviews are true: small rooms, very small closet, stained carpets, slow drainage from shower. Lobby is dark and check-in staff was business-like at best, disinterested at worst. If you're coming to see Hamilton, it's right across the street, but even on the 17th floor you can hear everything going on...

I'll start with the one good point I can say about this Hotel, its location is pretty good, other than that, the room is old with very poor facilities (the shower head didn't work). Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
