Bonita Morales was wonderful. She helped us a lot since we were not familiar with New York City. She was there for us and very patient. The Hotel was beautiful and would stay there again when we come back to New York. Thank you, Bob...More
I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time and really loved it. Being a runner, it is the perfect location for joggers in that it is only a few blocks away from beautiful Central Park. There is also a subway station close by....More
Our stay at the Park Central was very pleasant and we would stay there again. Staff were very nice and helpful, it was clean and the location was perfect for getting around the city. A lobby restaurant would be nice, but you have many choices...More
We have been staying at The Park Central for more than fifteen years and have never been disappointed. In that time it has been updated and refurbished more than once and is always presenting it best face. It is a grand old New York Hotel...More
We choose this area to be near the park and it was a short 3 blocks away. The hotel is extremely clean and our room was large. There are only two elevators and in the evening can be a little challenging to get on one....More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Uber works great. Alternatively if you don't have a ton of luggage, public transport works great. For $2.75 per person, you can arrive in about 30 min. Try the MTA Trip Planner for instructions on what to ride.
