Good price/location ratio. The rooms are rather small but clean. An interesting "detail" in the form of a "walk-through bathroom" which connects two rooms. Don't expect anything too fancy but for the neighborhood! The hotel is located in the Upper West Side neighborhood (quiet and safe) of NYC not far from the Hudson River and walking distance to 79th Street...

The personnel was really nice and helped me out with my broken luggage even if they were not supposed to carry it from the street. The room was small but nice, and the bathroom was very clean. Nice location ad really close to the subway station, which makes it great for staying if you want to visit New York and...

Location was good for this hotel, only a few metro stops to most sight seeing places in the city. The room was super tiny, we struggled with two of us and didn't really have room to open suitcases as the bed took up the whole room.pretty much. For 3 nights we paid £350 which I thought was pretty steep but...

This is the 2nd time my kids and I have stayed in this hotel. The location is great, the rooms are cleaned daily, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The Wifi reception was great and so was the TV. The water pressure in the shower was so-so. There are a fridge and microwave in the room and we also...

Centrally located for central park, close to the subway as well. not a long subway ride to times square area either. they were doing the rooms up when i visited. it made it slightly inconvenient (dust outside etc) because it was always boiling in the room. beds were clean as was the bathroom. very basic. only real issue was the...

Rooms are small and "European style". This isn't a posh hotel, but it's is clean and a great price for a fantastic location. Right next to Riverside park and in walking distance of central subway stops. If in NYC, you don't need to spend a lot of time in your hotel room anyway!!

It's old, the rooms are small (like teeny, tiny) and it kinda smells BUT if you only shower and sleep here- It's all you really need. Good Stuff: Great Staff! Nice towels. They held my bag for me after I checked out so I could explore the UWS. 1 mile to a several major museums and Central Park. Safe and...

i stayed there a few years ago - they are trying. still a generally decrepit building with tiny panting elevators and no breakfast offered - but (at least some) rooms are freshly painted. and very friendly staff.

The Riverside Tower is a great place if you're a seasoned traveler and do not need to be pampered by the usual hotel amenities. The location is fantastic, in the upper west side in a quiet residential area overlooking Riverside Park and the Hudson River. The elevator is cozy, only holding 3-4 people, at least there are two of them....

I stayed in the hotel for a week. The rooms are tiny as in all Manhattan, but very clean, fresh towels daily and confortable bed. The neighbourhood is very nice and subway 1 líne has a stop three blocks away. Staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend his hotel.
