Beautiful old school Italian hotel full of charm. Great staff, rooms and a comfortable bed; best location just steps from Rockefeller Center, Bar Americain, and 5th avenue. Not to mention, Times Square is less than a block away. We loved our stay an will be back!

Amazing hotel. First ever visit to New York and what a hotel to choose! Ideally situated for all the sights. Few minutes walk one way to Times Square and Central Park the other way. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and the hotel treated us to a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates, a lovely gesture. Would definitely stay here...

This hotel was a welcome sanctuary from the crowded business of Times Square around New Year's Eve. I stayed from 12/29-1/1 and did not want to leave. Upon check in to my suite, I was informed that I was upgraded to a suite with 2 bathrooms! This was fantastic. The suite was huge by New York standards at 800 sq...

My husband and I loved staying at this hotel. When we walked into this hotel, we felt like we were in a time capsule. This hotel takes you back to a different time in NY! Great location and impeccable property with top quality and size rooms for New York. The common areas are very nice and the hotel is very professionally run. The staff in the lounges and common areas were a little cold and were more monitoring guests than facilitating them but this was just a minor vibe. All requests were met with the...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
