Arrived at hotel around 7pm, the receptionist managed to check us in without taking the phone away from his ear. He was literally having two conversations!!
We had booked a double-double room even though there was only my girlfriend and I. This is highly recommended...More

I took my wife and two kids (14 and 11) to NYC to see a couple shows and experience Manhattan for the first time. Since we were staying five nights, a $500-$600 per night room at a typical chain hotel was out of the question....More

This is the right hotel for you if you like your accommodations on the more generic, bland side. That said, the room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable, with a great bed, and updated bathroom. The only complaint I had was a slight...More
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

We don't have any homeless people staying in the hotel. We have two buildings. One of these buildings is housing single women with children while they await there permanent housing apartments provided by the city. These individuals are not homeless, they are simply in transition from one apartment to another. All of our guests are occupying rooms located adjacent to this building. If you are still uncomfortable with this, please feel free to contact property directly or your booking agent to modify your reservation. We will be happy to refund anything you have paid. We hope you will choose to stay with us in the fall.
