This has got to be the best managed hotel in the country. From the time we checked in with Rebecce V. Until we left five days latter the service was superb. Rebecce took the time to familiarize us with the hotel and how we could maximize our comfort. This same professional approach was experienced with all personnel we interfaced. We...

From arrival to departure on a four night weekend stay, we were pampered by very experienced hospitality staff, who seemed to love their work. Our request for a high room was granted, and we were rewarded with an upgrade to a suite, with our Hilton Honors Diamond status. We have stayed at Hiltons around the world the past five years,...

We stayed in a suit in the Waldorf towers in May 2016. There is no doubt the hotel is steeped in history and in a great location, however the room was in need of a complete refurb as it had stained worn carpets and worn furniture. I understand these places are well used but for the price we paid we...

Fantastic experience, love walking past the pictures of Queen Elizabeth in the check in area. Everyone is so gracious. The Wi-Fi could stand to be upgraded, a little difficult to connect with. The one bedroom suite was beautiful, easy to spread out in, very comfortable and luxurious. Very easy to work in and rest in separate rooms.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
