Neighbourhood
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.

The hotel has seen better days and needs upgrading. Cleen room and friendly staff in the reception.. If you are noise-sensitive, this is not your hotel; trafiic noise around the clock and windows seem unable to shut it out. Breakfast was a disappointment. The breakfawst parlor

Comfortable and affordable (for NYC) in a walkable residential neighborhood with a great local Korean deli on the corner of 1st Ave and many other restaurants. York ave has residential, medical and University facilities.

Staff very friendly, nice rooms with a great view and good location. The beds were very comfortable, the staff gave us tips where we can eat well or how to get to a place fastest. Checking in and out was very quick and uncomplicated. I can only recommend the hotel

Great place, noise level a bit load just due to construction on the street, overall I loved it. Would definitely stay there again. Only inconvenience was the down button on the elevator on our floor was broken.

Do you offer parking of any kind?
The hotel is affiliated with a parking garage behind it, however, it is VERY expensive. The hotel initially told me that they do not give discounts for the parking, and upon check out a week later, someone told me they did. The parking attendants in the garage are rude and seem very shady. There is an app that you can use to get discounts, and the parking attendants don't like it. They try to get as much money from you as possible. I would recommend finding another hotel.
