All hotels in Manhattan are expensive and this isn't any different. Quite solid. Had breakfast included with our stay but was quite unimpressive. Room was good and big enough for the five in our family.

Nice size rooms but this hotel is overpriced . Stayed 5 nights and ended paying 2000 USD ( not including breakfast which I had across the street ) and the only extra I had was a bottle of water. For the same price, I am sure you can get a better deal in NYC

I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights and my overall experience was quite pleasant. They were aware that I was staying on business and given the length of my stay placed me on a high floor with a surprisingly beautiful view. While nowhere in NYC is sound proof I was able to sleep through the nights and this is...

Overall I was quite disappointed. The king room I booked was quite large but needed a new carpet and the toilet roll holder in the bathroom kept falling off. When I booked online I was asked if I wanted a quiet room ( does anyone ask for noisy rooms?). On arrival I was given a fairly noisy room overlooking third...

This hotel was great! It was a little more east then I normally stay, but it was still walking distance to all of the main attractions in the area. Our room was spacious and super clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This last weekend two other girls and I headed up to the City for a girls weekend/birthday celebration. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we drove up to the Hotel. Pedro with the valet service was WONDERFUL and very sweet. He welcomed us with a warm smile and a great personality. The other Valet staff/security throughout the weekend...

Anyone who reads my reviews knows I tend towards four or fives for hotels and restaurants. The Courtyard by Marriott at 866 Third Ave in Manhattan gets rounded up to a 2. I decided to stay here based on location and platinum Ritz Carlton status. Sometimes you just need to admit you made a mistake. The room was over $400...

Stayed here with son and 2 grandchildren. Ideal for getting to Central Park, Times Square, etc. Room size was good and housekeeping excellent. We have tried various hotels and apartments in New York and found this to be one of the best. Hopefully will return again.

The Courtyard Mariott in mid-town Manhattan is a quiet, unassuming, and efficient hotel. From the quick check-in by the friendly staff to the easily (and close-by) accessed elevators, to the short trip down the hallway to my room, I was happily relaxing in no time. I can do without the fussiness of a fancy lobby or a long trek to...

We booked this hotel using points in order to have a budget weekend in NYC with out three teenagers. We knew we weren't getting fancy, but boy, were we pleasantly surprised. The tiny micro lobby shouldn't turn you off... the hotel begins on the 12th floor with the public space. As we made our way to our room- 2 queens...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
