Problems checking in, tiny rooms with poor facilities, disinterested staff, worst of all $10 per night for wifi!! Noisy old radiators, 2 nights with no heating.......in December! The one star is for the convenient short walk to the sub way station.

Went here for the weekend, with my husband, Glenny from the front desk is such a wonderful person, she makes you want to come back to visit. The place was clean and very friendly. The view was great, quite and peaceful.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. It felt and looked like a homeless hostel. I do apologise to homeless people I don't mean to sound rude. Do not believe the statement that it has received a refurb we saw no evidence of this. The sheets were old and ripped, the bathroom had mould in the...

This hotel is a great price for the location. Keep in mind that this is not the Hilton or Marriott. The bed is hard, the elevator ( worked as expected) is small, the rooms are not large but it is clean, staff friendly and helpful, and in a good location to access transportation. It is in walking distance to great...

It was our second time staying here. The room is about the size of a small/single dorm room. But we don’t go to NYC to stay in hotels, as we spend our time exploring the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the heat and maintenance was at our door within 10 minutes of calling...

The rooms are small but kept pretty clean. No coffee making facilities in the rooms but there is a vending machine below the lobby. Sadly not working during our stay. The staff are friendly enough and i`m sure helpful though we didnt require any help so can`t say for sure. Its location on the main road is an advantage for...

this is a very low quality hotel. It reminded me of a youth hostel. The rooms are very old, reminiscent of an outdated college dorm rooms. On top of all that, they had no hot water in the morning!! There is no parking, so you have to find your own and walk several blocks.
