Small room, dirty carpet. The worst: paid internet. If you want to share with another device, you need to call the internet center to get another password! And it takes about 20 min to they get you the new password!!!

I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews, but the room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom, plenty of hot water... The bed was comfortable and clean The staff where very helpful, it was very warm at night. It could do with a paint and refurb, this said... on Monday ( 30th Nov '16 ) there...

We stayed one night recently, to go to Macy's parade. We paid only 99$ for a double and $129 for a quad. At those prices the room is fine. We are budget travelers and accustomed to budget accommodations such as this. The location is fine, located between two subway stops (2 -3 blocks either way), about 30 minute subway ride...

Pros: well priced, friendly staff, right off the park. Clean room. Cool area with good and diverse food choices. Love being in a neighborhood. Cons: some road noise, nothing fancy, best for one person

I have never seen a hotel so bad in all my life. We arrived and checked in quite quickly and were given a room key not a card an old key, I should have guessed from here that it would be a disaster. We went up to the room and when we opened the door we were surprised to see...

The hotel is well located for the northern end of Central Park, Columbus & Amsterdam Avenues and the 100th Street subway. It's price is reasonable - for NYC. The room was worn and tired but clean. It was very small and was certainly not one of those shown on the website. That all said, the staff were friendly and everything...

I was drawn to this place because of the value! I wasn't able to find anything else facing Central Park for the price. We checked in on a Saturday and were told that there weren't anymore single bed-rooms, so we were given a "two bed-room" (even though we paid the higher rate for a bigger bed). Our room was terrible!...

My husband and our two boys stayed here for a weekend. Our view of the park was beautiful, and the location is perfect. The room is very small though. I knew that going into this trip, but it was tiny. We struggled to setup our pack and play. The room and bed were clean. I did kill a cockroach on...

This is literally the least expensive hotel I found in NYC. It was clean, good location and friendly staff. Very close to a subway stop so it's easy to get anywhere you want to go. Housekeeping was great too, very unobtrusive but had our room cleaned while we were gone. If you just want a nice, cheap place to stay...

The people managing the place were so kind and approachable. We didn't pay a lot for where we were. We paid 127 a night but stayed in front of central park. The morning that we stayed there we woke up and walked across to the park and had a nice morning. The bed wasn't too big but it wasn't tiny...
