InTown Suites is leader in Extended-Stay living. Our properties are built for the guest staying a week or longer. Our furnished studio/efficiencies offer incredibly low weekly rates with no lease or credit check. To keep rates as low as possible, we are a limited service facility and are not for every traveler. However, if you need to stay a week or longer - and are on a budget - we provide amazing value.
Absolutely terrible. Poor service resulting jn double booked rooms, outdated and poorly maintained facilities, difficult to access wifi, and thin walls that let every noise through. I wouldnt use this as a penitentiary let alone spend money to stay here again.

I stay here about once a month for 1 week at a time. I've stayed everywhere else & dollar for dollar the IN-TOWN Suites el paso east, is by far the best deal you'll find for a weekly or monthly stay. All the rooms are very clean, beds are comfy, apts all have tv. Wifi, fridge, stove, microwave & bathtub shower. Manager David is a super nice person, accommodating & professional. He runs a very clean & well organized operation here. Staff members Jenny & Tony are always exceptional & make me feel welcomed. I see some ridiculous complaints from others who have ridiculous expectations. My advice is to ignore those who will always complain regardless. Thank you In-Town Suites for doing what you do! G. It looks nice on the outside but the inside of the rooms are beat up and run down. The bed was as hard as rock. the toilet was loose on the floor, the room was not even close to being clean. the wifi had a decent speed and a decent choice of channels. also the office is not open on sundays so if you need to check in or out on a sunday you are out of luck. Other than that this place was overpriced for the quality of the room.

I had the luck of being served by Sonja Nieves at the reception desk. She was so friendly and professional. She even went above and beyond one day when we needed a laundry card and she provided one that was left over. But it goes far beyond that, because every single contact that I had for a new card, or to know about the local eateries that, by the way are great and extremely close! There is a Walmart right across the freeway. There is a Walgreens and CVS right next to eachother very closeby. There is a Dunkin Donuts walking distance. There is a delicious Rudy's BBQ just a short walk away and perhaps the best Chinese Buffet right next door (Lins Buffet). The accomodations are great and the price is the best. The kitchen is a lifesaver. Definitely check-in and ask for Sonja Nieves to get the best service. My review is unsolicited and I am very satisfied customer.…

My husband and I came here for business. This place is not a typical hotel it's more of a apartment style living which is what we wanted. They start you off with one set of towels as well as one roll of toilet paper. It is your responsibility to wash towels and buy more toilet paper (most people get mad about that.) staff was extremely nice and the laundry facility was pretty good as well. If I'm ever in El Paso again, I'm definitely going stay here. Thank you guys for awesome service! My only thing about this place was the ac cover never wanted to stay on the cover didn't even go to that ac, A for effort. Lol

Booked two rooms for my pilots after reading about this extended stay hotel with full kitchens and all of the other typical amenities extended stays claim to offer. Pilots checked in and were informed there was no silverware, pots and pans, plates (anything to use with the full kitchen), no toilet paper or soap (had to call the front desk and after multiple tries they said "I shipment just came in, have them come down and grab some). Paper-thin walls, very uncomfortable beds. I think the worst aspect of this hotel was how I have called corporate, the hotel front desk, and sent them an email regarding my experience, and the front desk manager won't return my calls nor have I received any sort of response back from anyone. Had to check out early and incur extra hotel expenses since the hotel won't respond to me regarding any sort of refund. I have traveled all across the country and stayed in many types of hotels, and this type of customer service has been one of the worst O have experienced. Won't even try to book pilot rooms through here again.…

Do yourself a favor and pay the few extra bucks to get a better hotel. This is hands down one of the worst places I've ever stayed, and I stay at a lot of hotels. Between the most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced, and the constant noise from neighbors I barely got any sleep while I was here. Not once did I have warm water for a shower in the morning, only in the afternoons. Plumbing/toilet issues from the very beginning. My bathroom had not been cleaned recently before my stay. You only get one bar of soap, and one roll of toilet paper for the entire duration of your stay, and you have to clean your own towels. Sure they offer rooms with a stove, microwave, and full size fridge, but don't expect a single item to cook with; no frying pan, pot, silverware, etc. Don't be fooled by the somewhat clean exterior, or even the few positive reviews. But the two ladies I dealt with at the front desk were friendly.…

The room was musty and smelled like smoke so I went out and got a carpet cleaner I bought all new bed stuff and toak the stuff they had on there and put it in a garbage bag and set it aside I also replaced their shower head with mine and their shower curtain with a new one I gave the hotel back all their linen pillows towels and shower curtain the lady that checked us in was sweet she asked me if there was anything I needed I had explained to her when I brought in everything that I can't handle the smoke smell and she said she completely understood the maintenance guy was always working it didn't matter the weather the time or even the day he even gets stuck housekeepings job it was very irritating to me my other issue was the other 2 people in the office they couldn't stand me and I couldn't stand them especially the one with the long brown hair she's extremely ignorant don't bother asking her if you got mail…

This place is great, if you like staying with screaming kids, drug dealers and general lowlifes. Dont believe the pictures, they aren't that nice. I got the impression it was where people stay whose trailer had burned down.

I can't even explain how horrible this hotel was. The outside is deceiving as it looks well maintained, however, the inside is horrid. On our second night, we were woken up at 5am to a man screaming outside our door, clearly intoxicated and running down the hall banging on doors. He continued to do this for 1 hour. Once the office opened, we decided to call and tell them we would not be staying in that room as we did not feel SAFE and how we almost called the cops. They then informed us that there was NOTHING they could do for us. Did not offer to switch our room, nothing. They told us there was a 'security guard' we should have called...almost as if to lecture us for not doing so. We had people walk up to us at our car in the parking lot and ask for money. My boyfriend is stationed at Ft. Bliss and did not feel comfortable leaving me during the day at this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. After the manager told us there was nothing she could do, we decided to talk with corporate. We called them THREE TIMES and left messages- still no response. They clearly do not care about customer service. We tossed the money and decided to switch to the Extended Stay El Paso by the airport. A million times better and worth the extra money. If you want to be disappointed and stay in an unsafe location, this is your place. Will NEVER be returning.…
