we stayed for 2 nights but was alarmed by strong gas odor, maybe we were near to the laundry, only next to general access door and it was noisy with all people slamming the door even late at night. Hotel staff great at checking in and out, nice and friendly, also solving room little problems

Good location on the west side. Near I-10 but far enough away to not hear freeway traffic. Area felt safe and we saw the security guard nightly in the parking lot. They do leave the gate open between the hotel lot and the lot for Krispy Kreme and Chili’s. We opted for the larger king bedded executive suite in order...

This was a very good choice. Was really glad to get the 15% discount offered through my email. Really pleasant stay. Room nice, clean, and comfortable. Only complaints were the elevator is really, really slow, Walls in hallways, especially near the elevator need redone. Looks like people rest feet on walls while waiting for elevator. Carpets in halls looks worn.

This was my second time staying at La Quinta El Paso West Bartlett, and it was great, the staff was really friendly, the room was clean really close to the Sundland Park Mall and The Outlet Shoppes. The room is really quiet, so no trouble sleeping in here, the only issue would be the breakfast, it could have more variety.

89$ came out on August 4, stayed the night. Double bed, 1 room. Had to ask for a different room because the first room, the AC smelt really funky. And there was poop smeared on the bathroom wall. The room we were moved to was cleaner and smelt a bit better. slept good, comfy beds. My daughter woke up with...

Starting with making the reservation for the room and going to our departure I must say that instantly I felt very appreciated and well taken care of. All of the staff were excellent in every respect. We could have not asked for a better treatment because it was more than excellent.

Its an ok hotel, not a Holiday Inn, but with just a bit more care it would not ask anything from them.... The rooms need upkeeping...mainly details with the cleaning.... and also to add a few extras would help...like a microwave..... but the breakfeast is good. Overall its a good place to rest and continue with your trip.

Hotel was average, there was only one elevator which was extremely slow, ended up taking the stairs most of the time. Room was very large and spacious. We had a king with a pull out couch. Pool was out of order. So kids were disappointed. Hotel right next to Krispy Kreme and other shops and restaurants. But because of it...
