We booked a room via booking.com for less than 100 bucks. The room 107 was very new and super clean. And we had a real bathroom instead of these normal shower-cabins you normally find in motels. Plus ther was a full kitchen.

The price is a bit much for the room, but the king size bed made up for it. The bed was absolutely amazing, the staff was courteous and professional. Before I went to sleep I could hear the traffic very well from inside the room. I really do not have any complaints about this room other than maybe price, I...

Management is on site, they are very nice. The rooms are very basic but clean. The refrigerator in our room, 101, only worked half good, The room was very small for a three night stay. The TV did not have a channel guide that I could find. I even checked on-line. A TV with 100 stations is not much good...

Although on a moderately busy road (ask for a room in the back) this was an unexpected jewel. The owners/managers where super nice and most accommodating. We walked (10-15 minutes) to the beach and historic pier. Our room had a 5 burner gas stove, full refrigerator and kitchen pots. pans and dishes - although the latter was crammed under the...

My fiance and I stayed here for 8 days while I was visiting him over Thanksgiving. He's in the navy and stationed nearby, so this motel was a great find for us as it is conveniently located about 20 minutes from his base and close to the beach as well as downtown Ventura. We had an excellent experience. The outside...

It was a nice little spot was expecting worse. But hotel is clean and has a few appliances. I personally take Clorox wipes when staying in hotels with kids you need to. Seems like they just remodeled the rooms that is a bonus means owner cares. I was not going to pay $250 at the places down the street. I...

This is for room 104, a kitchenette unit on the end of the building. Assets The owner and his wife at the front desk are very nice people. Many updated fixtures in the rooms. Very good interior lighting. Nice soft beds, plenty of blankets. Plenty of nice hot water for showering. Full-size kitchen appliances - stove, microwave, refrigerator. Good, fairly...

We had an upgraded room which was huge and recently refurbished. No complaints on cleanliness or size of room which was quiet and at back of motel. Lady at reception was incredibly helpful - providing a corkscrew to using tv and local knowledge. For the price overall package was hard to beat.
