So rooms are a little run down, but bed was comfy, balcony overlooks beach, ( actual sand), we paid $190 , weekday, stayed on the 3rd floor, was absolutely worth it in!! Blueberry muffins and TERRIFIC coffee in the morning, I highly recommend
