No one should expect the Ritz at this kind of price point, which was extremely reasonable. I've got no complaints and did not see any of the things mentioned in negative reviews. The room was clean, furnished nicely and brightly painted in modern colors. The furniture, which did not look dated to me, seemed the same as any Marriot I've been in. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave and one cup coffee maker. There was free coffee in the lobby as well. The motel is a little older, but the outside was well maintained. The outdoor stairways looked relatively new. The parking lot was well lit and neighborhood seemed fine. The staff was very friendly, and more than attentive, to the point of the front desk clerk getting tools to quickly fix a malfunctioning electronic door lock. She was terrific. It's a little bit off the beaten path, but easy to find and only ten minutes from I-75 or I-24. It was a great place to stay overnight on my drive from Florida. I will stay again.

Not the Hilton, but also not $175/nite either! Enjoyable stay. Nice folks. Near a quality Mexican eatery....Room was comfortable. Air cold, bed comfy. Nice hot water in shower. Near battlefield. Nice ride to lookout mountain as well....

I chose this property to stay at due to its close proximity to Chickamagua Battlefield State Park but also because it wasn't more than 12 minutes drive to Lookout Mountain activities as well. It is very small and also next to a skating rink which is great for kids. There is a cozy little pool out front and I really liked how the management put up tarps around the enclosing fence to keep out prying eyes from the road in front. This hotel is run by a thoughtful and attentive family who we found to be most concerned with providing a safe and enjoyable stay. Upon check-in we were offered discount tickets to Rock City if we were interested in the local attractions. A very kind and thoughtful gesture. Masks were worn by all and we were asked to contact the front desk and let them know before going to swim to ensure that lowered capacity was maintained. Although there was stomping from time to time from the guests on the higher floors the noise thankfully settled down sometime around 9 pm or so. The room was beautifully decorated and ample towels were provided as well as about 4 pillows per bed. We also found 3 heavy blankets tucked above the closet hanging space. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great but I do wish to encourage the management to get an attatchment hose from a vacuum and DUST the vents on the AC because i literally had to crawl up under the AC with kleenexes and pull ample dust bunnies out of the vents before we could get maximum coolage. I found the front desk clerk most attentive whenever I approached to get more coffee, toilet paper, or towels as our stay was more than 2 nights. Plenty of restaurants and a few grocery stores were located a few streets over and I had brought LOTS of microwavable food for myself as I have multiple digestive discomforts. I LOVED the OVER-SIZED refridgerator for EXACTLY that purpose so YAY!!! Overall I am SO GLAD I picked this location as it is in a very safe neighborhood and had the best management staff I could have asked for such a most affordable budget vacation stay. Will definitely consider it again next time we visit Chattanooga.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in - but I prepaid and it was non refundable. I had to clean the bathroom before I could even use it. The clothing racks have so much rust on them that you cannot use them. Looks like it has flooded at some point, the bottom of the door was not repaired, just painted over. I stayed 4 days and they only cleaned the room on the 3rd day. 2 adults & 2 children in this double room, they provided 2 towels & 2 washclothes. I ask for additional towels and the man told me no, 2 per room. They advertise the coffee maker in the room, there is a single cup coffee maker in the room that only uses a unique single pouch so you cannot bring your own coffee. I ask for more coffee, I was told 2 per room. When they didn't clean the room, I ask the cleaners for coffee, I was allowed 2 then I ask for cups and they ask how many I needed, up to two. They advertise a hair dryer in the room, there is no hair dryer in the room. Just an open metal frame on the wall where the hair dryer use to be with exposed wiring. You don't get any information when you check in, I had to call to get the wifi password. They advertise continental breakfast and I understand that they cannot do that with all of the COVID issues, but they could at least tell you when you check in and not let you figure that out on your own the next day. I could have gone to the store before bed on the first night, not have 2 kids with no breakfast. I was on the right side of the hotel on the back end of the second floor, I finally found the only ice maker- it is on the left side of the hotel on the front end of the first floor. I am so disappointed, I chose them because of the Wyndham name and this is not the standard expected from Wyndham. On Saturday night, the people in the room beside me had a party, there were really loud people in the room and outside of the room. I tried to call the front desk to ask them to do something but no one answered. The party didn't end until after 3 AM. There was someone walking around the place asking different people for money, food, and cigarettes. The family in the room a few doors down were upset that he approached their children. On the second day, the guy was asked to leave. I have numerous photos from the room condition. However, what is the use? I emailed Wyndham about the condition of this hotel and no one responded. Then I did not get my Wyndham rewards for the stay either, I have to reach out to Wyndham to try to get them added. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. They should give my money back but considering you cannot even get a towel, that is probably asking too much.

Place was dirty. Floors were filthy. The first room they gave us the the water faucet in the bathtub didn't work. We were than moved to a handicapped room with a shower only that had no edge to keep water in shower area. The water spread out over entire bathroom floors.
