A big shout out to Nick, Emmanuel and the rest of the crew who made my stay exceptional. When my original room was not as clean as I would have liked it, Nick immediately put me in a different room with no fuss or convincing needed. I asked for housekeeping service after normal hours my second day, and even though the housekeeper wasn't available, Emmanuel stepped in and cleaned the room immaculately. We only requested the towels be picked up and replaced, but the the bed was also perfectly made and other light touches completed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Let me first start by saying I would go back and give it another chance. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with kitchen. The room was super nice. We got there and the door was open and the sanitized sticker on the door should be sealed and it was ripped. The room was clean with exception of a deodorant cap on floor ( no biggie). I never saw a maid and when I called down to get sheets the woman at front desk seemed overwhelmed and told me I have to come get my own sheets. I felt bad for her, they are understaffed for sure. Another thing, if you have really loud small children I recommend staying on 1st level. My kids were just having fun in their room laughing and we received a noise complaint call and they did run down the hallway to get to elevator (which they shouldn’t have) someone opened their door and yelled. The location is great with Starbucks, wawa right there. If you are really into working out the gym is open super small and not one machine worked. Not sure if it’s because of covid rules but thought I’d add. Happy travels.

The best part of the hotel was the cleanliness. Our room was clean upon entering and the common areas were clean. The bed was comfortable, depending on your desired firmness. I enjoy a softer bed than others. It was super comfy. The breakfast was a total disappointment. There was only one option for protein and pale potatoes were always served. Our first morning breakfast was potatoes, pancakes, and sausage. The next morning it was eggs and potatoes. Yoplait yogurt was offered as were English muffin or bagels. That was it. No cereal, no make your own waffles or pancakes. It was a miserable breakfast. The next issue was the towel situation. We got 2 towels in our room. That was it. I even had to ask for a bath mat as that was not included. We ran out of shampoo after we each had a shower. Not good! There were no tissues in the room, either. The holder was there but no tissues. It felt as though the hotel was cutting corners to save money and the stay was not worth the money. I definitely felt cheated out of my money for the stay. We would have been better at the Days Inn down the road. What a disappointment!

I've been coming here with my family during ski season the past 4 years. One important reason for staying here was the hot tub. Our experience with the hot tub prior to this winter was fine. This winter, there were chronic problems, which I reported, the hot tub wasn't really a hot tub. I heard vague excuses in response. I discovered during my most recent visit that the hot tub is no longer available. The solution that the hotel needed to make was fix the hot tub problems, not get rid of it. We will stay elsewhere henceforth when we're in the area if the hot tub is not made functional again.

Went for my sons birthday to blue mountain. This hotel is in a good location for getting to Blue, considering there aren’t many options much closer. Beth at the desk was very welcoming. Dirty washcloths in shower when we arrived. Housekeeping tried to come in the room without knocking. Breakfast staff was grumpy. But the bed was amazing!!! We slept very comfortably.

Usually I find homewood suites to be of a good standard, this hotel was not and was the most bizarre experience I’ve had at a hotel. When I was checking in the man behind the counter was serving two people at the same time, I asked not to stay in a room located on the 1st floor. He then gave me a room on the first floor without explanation. I was tired so I did not ask again.

There was loud partying and laughing coming from one of the rooms nearby on the first floor. Later that night a fight between two women broke out in the hallway. I was then awoken at 6am on a Sunday to a fire alarm, someone had out paper in the microwave which set off the fire alarm and everyone had to evacuate.

The breakfast was the worst I’ve seen in a hotel buffet. There was no waffle maker, the fruit and food left out looked old and unappetizing.

The spare blanket in my bedroom looked extremely old and pilled, I would have thrown it out if I owned it. Please see the photo.

Also just curious, why is there a portable toilet featured in a framed photo on the wall in each room?

Honestly, I’ve had more comfortable stays at Motel 6.

The rooms are beautifully laid out. However, for $200 a night, there are no comforters on the bed or extra bedding in the closet and the rooms are sort of old/run down and not cleaned thoroughly, the halls had trash outside of people’s, and the one elevator in the back smelled horrible and has gnats all inside of it. The garbage cans in the room was also extremely dirty with old trash stuck to the bottom u see the bag and I was disappointed to see that the 1 bedroom king room does not have a shower only shower like the studio room does, the tub was old and run down and for the extra money that should not have been the case. They also seemed short staffed but the staff that was there was pleasant and helpful

This hotel is horrible. The worst part is we walked into a suite with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes we wanted to prepare dinner in the suite as we arrived around 5:00 p.m. but with no clean dishes pots or pans we ran the dishwasher and left. We also booked what they called a premium one bedroom suite that listed extra perks like upgraded coffee K-Cups in the suite along with a stocked frigerator of drinks and snacks stocked daily. Of course this had a little bit of a higher rate but we figured $15 extra night would be worth it. Well we got none of that. When I talked with the front desk I was told I could take $10 worth of overpriced items from the little store. So for a two nights day I paid $30 extra to get $10 of overpriced items in a little store plus didn't get any upgraded K-Cups or coffee machine as advertised.

There is not a trash can in the suite at all not one in the kitchen not one in the bathroom no trash can. The TV in the bedroom doesn't work. The lamp in the living room has a burnt out light bulb with burn marks around it. There is dust on every upper surface.

The carpets are nasty dirty especially in the hallways and elevators. The wallpaper in the hallway of the hotel is literally falling off the wall.

The pool was closed without any notice again one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

Going to the shower The communal large amenities shampoo body wash etc ..empty.

We noted in the reservations we would need the pull out bed so we requested the sheets for the sofa bed, of course they were not in the room. When I pulled out the sofa bed once I had to go to the front desk and carry the sheets to my room myself The mattress of the sofa bed was stained with urine. Maybe this comes with a premium I'm not sure.

Breakfast was an absolutely nasty uneditable affair. I'm pretty convinced the bacon was a dog treats. Everything was dirty. I went to the lobby bathroom and it looks like that place hasn't been cleaned in days.

It's a very classy establishment when you have boxes of toilet paper piled up in the lobby.

I politely asked the front desk agent who knew the hotel had issues but was powerless to speak to the manager and I was told there are no managers till Monday. I asked for the contact information of the manager and I was provided the housekeeping supervisors business card. Clearly by the looks of this property the housekeeping managers and supervisors don't know how to do their job so why would I want to talk to them but I guess the manager is also a failure because this hotel is a total S show.

Do not stay at this property It is old it is rundown they don't care they advertise things they don't provide and then there is no one running the asylum.

Allegedly Homewood suites has 100% money bag guarantee.

Thank you for your very candid review of our hotel. As we have expressed on a few platforms at this point-we are incredibly sorry you had the experience you had at our hotel. This is not the experience that we pride ourselves on, nor is it an accurate description of our establishment. Yes- we have recently suffered a sprinkler break, so the hotel is currently undergoing some renovations in the hallways. The weekend of your stay, we unfortunately did have to close the pool unexpectedly for a deep clean, as a child had an unfortunate accident. We are sure you would agree, closing the pool is a much better option. We have stood behind our commitment to the Suite Assurance Guarantee, and had issued a full refund of your funds to your account. We wish you safe and comfortable travels in the future.

Our children's sports teams travel close to 20 weekends out of the year, and try to exclusively book with Hilton as many families are HH members. When we contacted the hotel to attend to contract for a group rate/reserve rooms, we were first told the person wasn't there and we could not leave a message, as his vmail was full. That should have been our clue to go with a different Hilton in the area. We then called the next day and were able to leave a message, to which they did not reply. We called again, as booking was time sensitive, and asked specifically for the gentleman, who quickly was handed the phone. He put us on hold for a moment, and came back stating he could not meet our rate. When I asked the rate he could do, he cited a rate HIGHER than that on the Hilton app., even for HH members. When I questioned it, he stumbled that rates are lower online in the app. when they are near capacity. It was VERY apparent, we were interrupting him, and he didn't care to be bothered. The "mis" information he provided is completely ludicrous to suggest. We decided to go with another HS in the immediate area. With the hotel industry being so hard hit in the past 18 months, you would certainly think he'd be a bit more concerned about customer satisfaction. We are following up with corporate, as this is FAR from the experience we are used to with Hilton and the HS brand.

Compared to a visit of this hotel 3 yeArs ago the quality in almost all area’s has dramatically declined
Especially in service and complimentary breakfast. The dog friendliness was the only positive thing on this trip. As a Hilton honors member I did not feel part of the Hilton family
There were not enough towels and blankets considering we paid 168$/night

The weekday happy hour is Monday through Thursday 5:30pm-7:30pm. It is a light dinner that includes complimentary beer and wine. It is served buffet style. You do not have to mingle with other guests as we have a large lodge area with many tables so you can have your own table to enjoy your meal. Our shuttle is complimentary within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. The shuttle could take you to downtown Bethlehem, you just have to arrange the time with the front desk. You do not have to tip the driver it is your option to do so if you desire but is not required. Please let me know if you have any other questions an we look forward to you staying with us.
