Our hotel is conveniently located near Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg, Lehigh University, Moravian and Lafayette Colleges. Also, the Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel is within walking distance or a short drive to over 30 restaurants. Local shopping is nearby in historic Bethlehem at the Promenade Shops at Center Valley and the Lehigh Valley Mall. Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, the Crayola FACTORY and Dutch Springs are also close.
This place was filthy. The room was not even vacuumed. There was lint all over the carpets. The blankets on the two queen beds in the second bedroom were so gross I could not keep them on the beds. The pillowcase had mascara steaks on it. There was a braid rubber and on the bathroom counter. The cabinet where the garbage was kept was so filthy that I was so disgusted I couldn’t even use the garbage. The room, walls and furnishing were all in poor condition. I am still skeeved out by the experience 12 hours after we left. Thankfully we were only there one night, wish we would have just left.

This hotel is in a great and safe location. Staff was ok. The hotel was full to capacity so service was not at 100 not the staff fault but I blame Hilton for understaffed. My room kitchenette and bathroom were dirty and unfortunately n9one ever answered the front desk since we arrived after hours. I believe this can be fixed in the future.

Let me first start by saying I would go back and give it another chance. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with kitchen. The room was super nice. We got there and the door was open and the sanitized sticker on the door should be sealed and it was ripped. The room was clean with exception of a deodorant cap on floor ( no biggie). I never saw a maid and when I called down to get sheets the woman at front desk seemed overwhelmed and told me I have to come get my own sheets. I felt bad for her, they are understaffed for sure. Another thing, if you have really loud small children I recommend staying on 1st level. My kids were just having fun in their room laughing and we received a noise complaint call and they did run down the hallway to get to elevator (which they shouldn’t…

I want to first say, this group did a GREAT job with handling COVID and trying to keep guests safe. For that we were very appreciative! Great location if headed to Blue Mountain, near restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy and quick. Our room was a dog friendly 2 bedroom suite. The room was extremely spacious. My family of 5 plus our dog had no issues with space at all. Two separate rooms was perfect and 2 full bathrooms. The living space (or living room) was the biggest issue in the room. There is one tiny two seater couch and 1 arm chair. We couldn't all sit there and hang out (we brought board games) or even watch TV together. There wasn't space. My name is Andres London, I was travelling this past Sunday October 18, 2020. I had reserve a Premium 1 Bedroom Suite with 2 beds room at this location. Upon arrival we saw a gentleman by the name of "MIRO" at the front desk, he seem busy working on some paperwork, we weren’t great it or acknowledge by him. Upon a few minutes my friend told him “Sir can we check in” he reply sure. Mr. MIRO asked me for my name which I gave him , he told me Thank you for being a Hilton Diamond Member. I've been coming here with my family during ski season the past 4 years. One important reason for staying here was the hot tub. Our experience with the hot tub prior to this winter was fine. This winter, there were chronic problems, which I reported, the hot tub wasn't really a hot tub. I heard vague excuses in response. I discovered during my most recent visit that the hot tub is no longer available. The solution that the hotel needed to make was fix the hot tub problems, not get rid of it. We will stay elsewhere henceforth when we're in the area if the hot tub is not made functional again.

I have stayed in the past. location works well for me and is close to restaurants, gas stations, and shops. I like the amount of space and the fact that I have the option of not having my room cleaned during my stay. I was able to get work done without interruption and no noise issues.

We were very disappointed that the jacuzzi in the pool area was removed and the pool area closed do to this process. Will think twice before making next reservation. The room was very clean but the noises coming from the corridor and the upstairs was disturbing.
