We stayed in a suite at the Cinnamon Bear Inn in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The kitchen made it possible for us to cook some of our meals, as we were there for several days. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The owner and...More

Nice, cosy and clean place, staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the loft above the breakfast room, which is really big and which lodges easily a family of five. Only disadvantage: we woke up quite early because we heard the people talking in...More

Ditto, the hot tub was working in July but I did not use it and it was at a different building than my room. I had the same thought that it would be a great treat after hiking for 10 hours but my personal schedule didn't permit and the bath in my suite was so comfy I didn't feel I missed out. Regarding the post about breakfast, I thought a made-to-order, homemade breakfast of waffles/pancakes and eggs was actually pretty sweet. Cereal is an option but they usually had a warm breakfast offering if you show up on time. Hot tea and coffee all day in the lounge by the fireplace. Great Inn.
