We stayed here just one night. A really nice room (Room 5). Plenty of space. Breakfast was included. Central location. Mammoth Lakes area was beautiful in Summer!

We stayed here for one night. The place is very cosy, but we got a very small room with a squeaky bed. Breakfast was homemade and tasted good. We were warned that there had been a bear on the street the day before we arrived. So we were told that we should be aware and look out. Nice little place,...

We used this place for one night on our way to San fransico The staff were very friendly the room was comfortable for one night but not for a long stay. wifi was patchy. We wanted to make an early start and left early, but breakfast does not start to 7.30 a bit late i think. Hot tub we laughed...

The Cinnamon Bear Inn is conveniently located near the center of Mammoth Lakes, and the staff are friendly and generally helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms sufficiently large to allow you to move around without standing on them. This said, the central Inn building (sleeping rooms and breakfast facility) is showing its age, and is in need of...

A really friendly, family-run B&B in beautiful surroundings. Clean, spacious rooms and a communal hot tub as well. Great jumping off point for Yosemite, but also a beautiful location in itself. Fab!

This is NOT a B & B! It is a VERY run down old motel that needs to be raised and rebuilt. The employees are friendly and courteous, but that cannot make up for the simply terrible condition of the facilities. I do not enjoy "attacking" this small business, but my wife and friends were totally appalled with this hotel....

Thank you for your review. I just don't agree with it. Yes, our Inn was at one time a small motel, but almost every Inn was something else prior to becoming an Inn. Grandmother's home, a church, cabins, etc. come to mind. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and good service and spend thousands each year to keep up with the...

Nice staff, smallish, simple rooms but very clean. Great location in town. Would stay again.

We were on a three-week/4.000 km trip through west USA (from Frisco over Las Vegas to LA, visiting all the national parks) with our two kids (12 and 15). We stayed at this hotel (after checking TripAdvisor) and everything was A-OK for the price we paid! The rooms at the Inn were nicely furnished and breakfast was great!

Clearly a converted motel...and it shows. Room clean, but with a musty odor unless windows kept open, and no screen on bathroom window. Bed uncomfortable and saggy mattress. Wifi reception outside of lounge poor. Breakfast good (although service only fair) and disappointing afternoon "snack". Convenient location main plus.

I wouldn't really call this a B&B although they serve a breakfast. It looks like a small motel with a little nicer furnishings and free hot breakfast but it wasn't up to par with other B&B's we've stayed in. They did have some small snacks - cheese, cookies - from 5-7 PM and the hot tub was really hot, which...
