We stayed in Summit 274 in the Conniff lodge. Advertised as walking distance from Eagle proved difficult for the wee ones. The two bedrooms upstairs, king w/walls and another queen bedded loft proved not very private with a shared bath between them. Downstairs was well appointed throughout. The second private bedroom was the bunk room which the boys loved! Too... More

Summit condos has at least 5 separate buildings. We stayed at the Emerson building and paid premium for a 1 bedroom condo that was newly remodeled and closer to Eagle Lodge Lift. We were pleased by the cleanliness of the unit, covered parking and distance to the lift. It is a place to sleep when one is desperate for a... More

We stayed 4 nights over Christmas vacation at condo 54, we were somewhat disappointed at the experience. Location is great, however, this place is dirty and noisy. We could hear everything from upstair. Bathroom has a blood stain on top of the toilet besides the dirty dusty floor, bed linen has hairs left on them, curtain and household equipment are... More

Came up for family mountain biking and hiking trip. Building D unit 283 was remodeled new, very clean and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen. The only thing lacking was towels for the pool and not the white bathroom towels. Top jacuzzi is cool and sauna did not work but pool jacuzzi was hot. We would come... More

When we arrived, dishes was dirty (you have to paid an expensive cleaning fee !). During 2 days, we didn't have Internet (wifi didn't work). Finally, the personnel on charge of the cleaning asked to leave the apartment the last day at 9.00 AM (check out is supposed to be at 11.00).

These condos are filthy and in poor repair. First thing we were met by was a stench coming from the dirty poorly ventilated bathrooms. Oven and microwave doesn't work, no bedding and what we did have was blood stained. Dirt everywhere. Never again!

I will never recommend this to anyone. The stove barely heats. We only had one semi dish cloth, one hand towel for the kitchen, completely outdated. No sheets for the hide a bed. Then went and got some and they had blood on them. The other bed had sheets that had blood on them. All the blinds were broken and... More

Simply, I like this location where you walk to Little Eagle's lifts and facilities, you have forest surrounding the area, it's sited a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the Village, shuttle stops are nearby, area displays fabulous views of Mammoth Mountain, Mammoth Rock, Crowley Lake and, hey, I could go on and on. Condominium stay is... More

Hello- We were in a lovely condo first floor one bedroom. It was Christmas week thru new years. The location can't be beat but the noise was awful. You can hear everything going on next to you in the hallways and outside. We left early since we had not slept at all for the 4 nights we were there. My... More

We stayed in Summit 213 for one month in early 2012. We were thrilled with the accomodation. The entire complex was clean and bright with a $12 million upgrade completed in just the last two years. Although the complex was built in the 70's, the new siding and other improvements makes it feel almost like new. Our particular unit met... More
