Cheap Room, Bad Service, Surly Staff!!! We booked months ahead of time and paid for the room. When I had to cancel due to an injury we could not get a refund. We tried to cancel more than one month ahead of time. No way to get a refund I was told. But they would give credit. None was given....

The sheets in the room had clearly not been washed prior to our arrival. There was also a heavy snowfall the night before we were due to leave, however the front desk would not let us borrow one of their available snow shovels to clear the snow around our car. We had to resort to using our hands to clear...

Loved this place. Staff were awesome, rooms very clean and beds comfortable. We stayed in queen room for 10 nights. 4 adults sharing and it was great. Would definitely stay here again. Complimentary breakfast was basic but for us great. We had something in our tummies so we could hit the slopes early.

Stayed in the Casita with the family and enjoyed our accommodations. It was nice to have a kitchen as we cooked dinner every night. Don't expect prime hotel accommodations but it's good for the price and proximity to Mammoth. Big snowstorm nearly shut down the roads and it was difficult to climb the small incline to leave the motel. Props...

We were mauled by bed bugs at this hotel. I have 16 bites and my buddy was bitten twice. I called the hotel and reported this, their response was sorry and no refund! Very Unsanitary conditions, bedding was itchy. Find somewhere else

This place is foul! It is hands down, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! After the long drive to Mammoth, all we wanted to do was lay down and rest for a few when we checked in at 2:00pm and were given room #6. Unfortunately we were unable to do that because our bedding was filthy! Both comforters...

Love the location. It's 5-min uphill walk to the gondola. It's about the only budget joint that close to the action. Love the Jacuzzi, which was steps from our room. I ran there with my whitey tightey hardly getting a goose bump. Our first impression of the room was "damp, dark, cozy". It's what we would imagined from a small...

Jan 3rd me and my family of 6 took a last minute trip to Mammoth and it was just incredible. The Holiday Haus Motel staff made it that much incredible! The staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful they really just made it really easy. The 2Bed Chalet room was just incredible. We were so comfortable with the kitchen and...

We had never been to Mammoth and Kaybee was at the front desk. It's been awhile since I've felt so welcomed on vacation. We had a lot of questions and she went out of her way to help us out with all of our needs. Highly recommend staying at the Holiday Haus.

We walked into our room to an overwhelming smell of cleaning fluid and under notes of mildew. Glad we had our own pillows, there's were so tiny they gave me a neck ache. Otherwise OK, staff very helpful. Only 1 night stay.
