We staid here 3 nights, wished we had had longer. Staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much problem. If you eat in the restaurant ask if Cherise can be your server, she took wonderful care of us, really outstanding. Chris the restaurant manager is also great. Barbara on reception also very helpful. Breakfast is very ample, we...

On arrival, after our long drive from Vegas, I heard those words that I never hear... "you have been upgraded"...Wow!!!. We were put in a 2 bedroom suite...it had nearly as much floor space as our house..it was amazing..my daughter just wanted to live there... The Hotel is perfectly placed in Mammoth..just across the road from the Village and cable...

My husband and I decided to head to Mammoth Lakes at the last minute - we booked a room at the Westin and it was a great decision. It is within walking distance to The Village where you can get great food and do a little shopping. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The staff...

A lovely resort to stay after our drive through Yosemite. A compact room but very nicely decorated. I'd love to see the resort during the ski season. We made good use of the pool and spent the evening sat in the hot spa under the starlight. It was surprisingly quiet! Hotel food options were pricey but there were plenty of...

Thank you for staying at the Westin Monache. I appreciate your feedback and the time you spent writing this review. The altitude is definitely different in Mammoth than Yosemite. Yosemite Valley is several thousand feet below us; the property sits at 8,000 feet above sea level. The winter season is also very nice; especially when it snows! We all look...

This hotel has the most friendliest staff. Maybe too too friendly. Every member of this hotel go out of their way to make your stay amazing. The swimming pool is great, even the hot tub is huge and worthwhile. They have a nice restaurant at the restaurant, but with the location, all you have to do is walk across the...

We stayed at this hotel to explore the area and to visit Yosemite. While Yosemite is a little bit of a drive, the drive is beautiful and the surrounding area is a must see. We traveled as a family and stayed in 2 bedroom suite, which was amply furnished and very quiet at night. The staff was exceptionally helpful, which...

Thank you for staying at the Westin Monache. I appreciate your feedback and the time you spent writing this review. Yosemite is wonderful. The gate is 35 miles, but the valley is 102. The westin at mammoth lakes lived up to the name. The room itself was clean, and while small was able to comfortably fit four people (we got a one bedroom suite). The hotel had a large pool and gym, and the staff was very knowledgable about the area. It was a pretty good stay.

We booked ahead which got us great rates for the first night. When we decided we wanted to stay 2, the internet quoted rate would have been double, but we mAnaged to negotiate the same rate for the second night. Great service. The only thing that let the hotel down was high prices for ordinary breakfasts. Otherwise, it was a...

Very nice property, and the nice low prices in the summer will bring us back again. We had a two room suite with fireplace and a balcony that let the forest scents envelop you. Staff was OK, not the best, but it appeared to be a skeleton crew at the beginning of Summer. Underground parking was great and close to...
