We stayed one night after leaving Death Valley. Lovely area, however this hotel is just OK. Could actually do with more signage outside, you could easily miss it. It wasn't too hot when we stayed and the room fans kept us cool enough, everything was just OK, the hotel is a little tired. Breakfast was good enough and nice to...

Stayed one night in this hotel. I had two rooms, the overall impression of the place is good but when I went into one of the rooms I had reserved it smelled sweaty when you first walked in. The kind of sweaty bedding smell. The bed itself was clean; the smell was coming from the pillows. I checked all supplied...

We appreciate you pointing out some of the areas in which we could use improvement. With that said I hope there were some positives you may have experienced that you didn't share here. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future. Thank you

The Hotel was nice in a beautiful area but two issues bothered me. Middle of July and the room has no AC and it is 85 degrees in the room at 2 am. Window and door wide open, sad little fan is blowing and We couldn't sleep. The room was okay but the mold growing on the shower curtain was...

I hate to hate... but this was just not good. No AC when 85-90 degrees is pathetic. Place is worn down and no where near worth $200 a night. Should be called 'Last Resort'. The use of 'quality' in the name should be grounds for a false advertising law suit. Just a few details: 1. Sink was clogged, took 20...

I just stayed in this place from 07/22-07/24. The room did not have air conditioner but regular floor fan. During the night this fan creates noise which makes it hard to fall asleep even after the fool day of adventures. The bath/shower room is tiny. There are wholes in the celling for fire sprinklers which look terrible. The breakfast was...

At midnight I was awoken by a police officer, evacuating several rooms due to a pipe burst. My carpet was soaked, the hallway flooded, and obviously no one's fault. Yet despite a gathering of 20 others in the lobby in similar circumstances there was zero effort to offer water, coffee, any human comfort by the staff. Around 1 am we...

This hotel at 1st sight looks like a dump, and was confirmed upon entering the lobby, the luggage racks were filthy and no AC in any room, in this day in age, not acceptable!! The manager is about on the same level as a slum lord, do not stay here!!

Worst hotel ever!! Old, ugly, no A/C, and poor front desk employee. This place is so run down, thank goodness only have to stay one night. DO NOT book here. Dirty drapes, wallpaper peeling and poor attempt at patching, small fan that doesn't really cool, etc, etc, etc!

Do NOT book with this hotel. This was the worst stay in our whole travels of California! Prepare yourselves for a very lengthy but important review... For a start, when we arrived at 10pm after travelling all day from Vegas through Death Valley, all you want is a simple check in, to get to your room and sleep. Oh no....

We were told by California friends that Mammoth Lakes was a very cool area. We were concerned about a room and being a Choice rewards member, I called and found a Quality Inn there. I have had very good experiences with Choice hotels. When we go there we found out they have NO AIR CONDITIONING. I understand this is a...
