Katie, Kim, and Summer took fantastic care of us during our first visit to Mammoth! What a great comfortable fun place to stay. By the way, the large nicely heated jacuzzi and the steam room were a real pleasure. Thanks so much to the entire staff for the much needed family vacation. Cheers! -Will, Cats, and little Katrina

We booked this location last minute for a family ski vacation. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Location is convenient to town and free shuttle around town and to and from mountain. Hotel even has a free shuttle that can be scheduled daily. We booked a "deluxe" room, which I understand have recently been upgraded - these still have an older...

Special thanks to Kim at the reception area/front desk for literally saving our trip!!! We were supposed to stay with a friend in his cabin but he flaked on us last minute, leaving us homeless last minute in Mammoth. We called several different hotels and were the most impressed with Kim's warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. We decided to stay at...

This place is flawless from the friendly front desk staff, rooms, amenities, and relaxing spa. I booked a massage with Donna and it was the best massage I've ever had. Next time I will definitely have to take advantage of the sauna and steam room. This resort is family owned and feels more quaint and fitting for Mammoth than the...

I worked at a 5 star hotel for many years so I'm kind of picky on where I stay and I would definitely return here. Katie and Summer were so sweet and helped so much at the front desk and we even got a bottle of wine after learning of my boyfriend's birthday. The manager was also there to help...

Always hyped to stay at the Sierra Nevada Resort and Spa! Sauna / steam rooms are the best after a day of riding and help to feel better for the next one. Kim at the front desk is a great help and was very pleasant while answering all questions regarding our trip. Looking forward to another amazing weekend! Cheers, -E

Ridiculous $28 resort fee!! When I asked the guy who "greeted" us at registration wheat the resort fee was for, he got snarky and said gave me a piece of paper that said it went toward what had been advertised as "Free wifi" and "Free parking"...in addition to use of the pool that had been drained for the season. It...

Great staff at the front desk, free parking, comfy bed and a decent spread of food that comes with the continental breakfast. The main issue I had here was that the heater in the room did not work properly and made a weird screech in the middle of the night so I turned it off. Apart from that it was...

This is a super clean resort. The towels the bedsheets are super white. Beds is very comfortable. Also is dog friendly. But whatch out for the low price. The tax n resorts fee almost 50.00 extra. I m very unhappy paying this extra fee. Specially in the winter time. The pool is closed.
