Loved that you can stay right at the base of the tower and watch Close Encounters of the Third Kind! Hiked both trails around the tower - the longer trail we only saw one other person, the shorter trail was busier, but you can still get away from the other people. Was an excellent stay. The pool facility, the laundry...

Very nice KOA, couldn't get a better photo opportunity. I have been told that you can watch climbers going up the tower at night with headlamps on. Just saw a huge buck walk by when I came out of the shower, super cool. The couple who run this KOA are very sweet.

From its unbeatable location at the actual base of the Devils Tower to the nightly outdoor showing of "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" this place is great. We pulled out our camp chairs and watched the Tower glow with the sunrise at dawn, and raced to the far side trying to catch the stunning sunset, too.

What a great view; really enjoyed our short stay at this KOA. Have no complaints except my site, a tree blocked our satellite reception but that was the only problem, is in and out with a 43 foot rig. The entrance to Devils Tower is just next door. The setting is beautiful and would definitely return.

There is a very rude employee there that comes from New York ( go figure, and I know someone's going to be offended, get over it!) and he just does not know how to treat people. He threatened to call the police and have my brother arrested for trying to grill chicken in the charcoal grill! I guess there was...

Saturday and Sunday night of labor day weekend. SHADE and GRASS ! The view of Devils Tower is great. Big area, no one bothered us, nice pool, great store, beer, snacks and a cafe. Across the street gift shop. $10 to get into Devils Tower park. Watched the movie with Devils Tower in the background. Good time by all.

We stopped here for ice cream, soda and to relax after hiking around Devils Tower. The play park is awesome and kept the kids entertained for over an hour. Great view of the tower from here. It's literally at the gate to the park.

I passed through with my family and made a reservation for 1 night so we could see Devil's tower on our way home from Yellowstone. Picked this location for convenience, but I had no clue just how awesome the views would be! We had 2 RV sites and 2 tents. We were able to have them next to each other,...

No way about it, the location of this KOA cannot be beat. It is right at the base of the park entrance and they even show the Close Encounters movie every night right in front of the monument which is a nice touch. Unfortunately the employees were not friendly- and even rude in some cases.... so much so that it...

We rented a cabin for the night right on the river. It was nice and peaceful even though a youth group was camping right across from us. Views of the tower were great and we had deer run right through the middle of the campground as well as right behind our cabin. Cabins were well maintained and landscaped. We had...
