We were only there for one night and it was o.k. We chose it in part because there are rooms with 2 queen beds. The rooms are fine, though we had one with an adjoining room door and we could hear everything. There is also a lot of street noise given the location (we were on a high floor, 07,...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Great location, excellent service and a very helpful and cordial staff. My wife and I have used this hotel on at least three occasion when coming into the City to attend a show or concert. We have always been more than satisfied by the experience. It is close to the venues and to many fine restaurants as well. Their breakfast...

Found this hotel to be the best Hilton in the center city area. Rooms are big enough, comfortable & clean! Easy access to subway & walk to great dinner spots. Having the paking connected to the hotel is a real plus! It's a great choice when enjoying Philly.

Very good experience. Just a few nit-picky things keeps me from rating hotel stay as "Excellent." Good location in Centre City, good/quality breakfast, decent bar and room service. Linens very clean and soft. Bathroom clean and bed was lovely. Staff were excellent--they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Felt welcomed and valued as a hotel visitor and as a...

Excellent location, and hotel is really nice. Pool is really small for the size of the hotel. For us huge problem was that rooms (at least our room) was really not sound proof at all. Next door people had a party and I can honestly say we were there, even we really were not. We could hear everything so loud...

We choose this hotel because of the location, right in the heart of the ARTS district. This is an older hotel and could use some updating but overall it was satisfactory. The front desk staff was very helpful and was eager to assist us. The breakfast buffet was a real disappointment. Overpriced lower quality food that was mostly cold (it...

Reasonable rate. Good location for downtown. Courteous, considerate staff. Comfortabel room and when outside construction finished by neighbors, it would be quieter. Reasonable food and bar. Bed very comfortable

I have been a Hilton HHonors Diamond member for most of the last dozen years. The Doubletree on Broad Street might be the most "just go thru the motions" experience I have had in a Hilton family property yet. Check-in was quick but without pomp or details given. The Executive Lounge only operates (at least on weekends) for breakfast and...

Dear Maskotas, Thank you for your honest feedback. Though many of the reviews you'll see below make note of our friendly staff members, if even one of our guests does not feel appreciated when they walk out then we still have work to do. We'll be certain to use your review to remind all of our team of why we're...

Booked the Philly overnight package for extra money due to parking being included and many other options. Unfortunately, it was extra money that was not worth spending if you cannot check into the hotel until 4p. The parking garage was booked and they were directing us to another location, so we had to spend the $24 on parking when it...
