An older hotel in a great center city location. While the decor is a bit old the entire staff is super friendly. The beds are very comfortable and overall it was a very good experience. The property is easy to get around in unlike some of these modern mazes that are being built

Marcy Mastrobuoni was our concierge and to be honest the best one I've ever had ! Not only did she help us map out or day trips but made extra sure we had the right maps and printed out new ones when ours didn't match up properly. Suggested great brunch spots for every day we stayed and multiple plans. Yes...

I stayed at this property for a conference I was attending. I have had incredibly poor luck at Starwood Properties and this turned out to be no exception. I arrived around 11am and my room was not ready - no problem. I had a nice lunch in the lobby restaurant - the food was great but the service was very,...

I stayed there two days. The hotel is regular (nothing special): rooms are big, bathroom is not so modern and you get the impression that it needs sonner or later some renovation. On the other side it's placed in a perfect location: I visited the entire city by walk. When you get our you're close to downtown. In addition it's...

My husband, seven year old son, and I stayed one night here as part of the sleepover Philly package. Free parking was a great perk and we had club lounge access which was well worth it (wine and beer and snacks for happy hour and my son ate a dozen croissants for breakfast in the am). We are dinner in...

Had to go to Philly for business and decided to make a weekend out of it. The day and evening concierges, Mary Mastrobuoni and John Koss, were very helpful and assisted us navigating Philly. The wait staff at the hotel also went above and beyond, Rose, Stella and Angel made the meals we ate at the hotel enjoyable. I would...

We experienced an excellent service from the very beginning to the end, everything was ready when be arrived and just before we left! We requested a high floor and the receptionist offered us many options. Like SPG members we were given free WI-FI access and buffette breakfast for the three of us. The room was big enough for my 14-year-old...

Do not stay here. Do not book your meetings here and subject your attendees and sponsors to this place! I am here to attend a conference onsite and am so disgusted by the filth, bugs, stained gross room and halls of this hotel. My photos will explain all. This is supposed to be a deluxe club the very best room!...

Stayed here in November. Walked from the train station to the hotel (about 30 minutes). Most of the art museums and historic places are within a 30 minute walk from the hotel. Staff were excellent. Room was comfortable. What you would expect from a Sheraton.

We checked in on a Thursday. We got in on an early flight, so we checked our bags and walked to the Reading Terminal Market to look around and have lunch. Wow! I think we went back 3 or 4 times. What a place. The hotel was perfectly located to walk to most of the historical spots. My husband has...
