Granted we were staying on points, but this visit really wowed us - the friendliness of the valet/bell/front desk/housekeeping staff couldn't be beat. Room looked like we were first ones to stay there (other than bathroom that was slightly dated). Loved the robes, the bath products AND that the curtains pulled across each other so room was dark. Great location,...

The hotel was attractive and the staff efficient and friendly. The location is very convenient to the 30th Street Station train station. The room was comfortable and relatively spacious and the exercise facilities and internet connections were fine.

Excellent stay at a beautiful hotel. Urban Farmer's breakfast is to die for, as are their steaks and sides dishes. The lobby is clean, elegant, and edgy. Valet is quick and easy with personable staff. Rooms are nice size, clean, and with all amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at the Four Seasons for many years and while the service was excellent, the decor became tired and outdated. I was very excited to try The Logan and enjoy the new space. However, it took all day just to get a price quote on a room! Granted, I was interested in one of their suites, but it...

You'll love this place...think Four Seasons quality but run like Southwest Airlines! Really Fun, Friendly, Qualified. Views and Location are great. Looking out our window...we could see The Barnes, The Cathedral, the Swan Fountain at Logan Circle and The Franklin Institute. Short walk to Boat House Row. Rooms were spotless. Loved the wall coverings, color scheme and cool carpet. Had...

We made an after-Christmas family visit to Philadelphia, and enjoyed a pleasant stay at the Logan. After many previous occasions staying at the Four Seasons on the same site, it was a bit disconcerting to be physically in the same place, but in a dramatically different decor and layout. Gone was our beloved afternoon tea room and the frumpy last...

As of our stay (December 2015) this hotel had only been open two weeks and is not yet completed. Suggest confirming available services before booking. Note also valet parking is not optional and $55/day. Onsite restaurant is of good quality but dinner options are much more expensive than comparable downtown steakhouses.

Average at best. Not worth the price. My wife and I wanted a quick overnight get a way. We decided on the Logan. We thought it was still the "4 Seasons". It's not, by a long shot. The staff was very good. However the restaurant was fair. Save your money.

I would say the highlights for our trip were the staff, the room (comfort and cleanliness), the amenities such as the pool for our children, the restaurant and the location (for activities along the parkway, maybe not so much for other areas). An opportunity to improve would be to ensure that central reservations is familiar with the property and room...
