We spent Thanksgiving at the hotel and had a great time. All of the staff were courteous and helpful, the customer service is A+. Food was good and room service was super fast and accurate. Room was spacious for a city hotel. Old school feel, but up to date amenities.

So we checked into the omni yesterday. Woman at desk wasn't very nice and it went down hill from there.....I asked for a quite room with a view. We were given a room two doors down from the elevator. And the noise from the traffic, car horns, buses and people walking outside keep us up all night. So today we...

A refreshing change from Highway hotels/motels. Beautiful lobby, lovely restaurant. First class in all ways. Large, well furnished room. Would always stay there when in Philadelphia. Have no negative criticism to make. I travel a lot and have rarely stayed in a nicer hotel in the US or abroad.

We recently enjoyed our stay at the Omni at Independence Park. The staff was very outgoing and friendly through out our stay. The Azaela, a restaurant located in the hotel was fabulous. They did not even esitate when asked to accomodate our food allergies. The chef even came out to make sure that we were satisfied with our meals. We...

The Omni is in a great location for Philly sites, only 15mins from the Convention centre and Chinatown and loads of good bars and eating places in the old town nearby. The hotel is comfortably decorated and furnished, so stay away if you like a chic or Scandinavian feel. Breakfast was good, but no buffet so not good if you...

We originally were returning to the Ritz when we stumbled on this bargain on the Internet for half the price. And 95 percent of the ambience. Beautiful park view from 405 which had 2 double beds. The location is perfect for tourists with families (and we fit into that category).

Stayed here for 5 nights on business. Nice big room, comfy bed, quality TV, Bose radio and good bathroom. It was very cold in Philly during my stay (-5C) so I needed the heating on. The HVAC unit kept cutting in and out every few minutes and was very noisy. Kept me awake the first night until I got used...

We were on the 10th floor and had a great room altho the windows need washing. Centrally located, we found the Monkey Bar just down the street on the corner of 3rd. Neighborhood bar with friendly people and Junior, the bartender! Pillows were the best, room spacious for a city, staff very friendly, we will be back!

Lovely hotel in great neighborhood. Dined at 2 great restaurants in walking distance ( 1-2 blocks). Hotel was clean, upscale, and staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice, small, sitting area off lobby with fireplace for reading or conversing. Pool is very small and shallow so I didn't swim but fitness area was fine and spa appeared to be very nice....
