We went for an overnight trip to Philly and the Windsor was great. We were in a large suite. It was very comfortable. It is very modern, I think it could use some more warmth with the decorating, but to each his own. The location is great, we were able to walk to the Franklin Institute and grab a cab...

The staff of this hotel really make it a great experience. Seamus and Zarena as well as the staff who help with luggage were so friendly and obliging. Better service than 90 percent of hotels. The rooms are very spacious and have all you need. Not the most deluxe set up but for the money you can't go wrong. Nice...

First of all, Windsor Suites is in a great location! Just a block from Suburban Station, a stop for the Regional Rail's Airport line--it only takes about 25 minutes to get to the airport via train. The hotel is an easy walk to Rittenhouse Square and to bus lines running on Chestnut & Walnut streets. There is a Walgreen's and...

Our whole hotel experience was perfect, staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms and amenities were amazing. Perfect for our family trip! Would definitely recommend! The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. With the whole kitchen I didn't have to worry about keeping my toddler's milk overnight and it's those little details that make the difference. Not to mention the perfect...

We checked in and the hotel was under a lot of construction. When we arrived at our room the carpet was wet and the heat wasn't working. I called the front desk several times and complained - it was February and freezing cold and I had two kids with me. They eventually sent a tech up to the room to...

My boyfriend and I took a quick decision trip to Philly. We booked the day before and our room was upgraded to a King Suite. Unfortunately, there was construction in the lobby which was a site to see. However, it did not effect our stay what-so-ever. Overall, we had a great experience here.
