First room smelled like stale cigarette smoke but staff was very good about relocating me to a different room which was fine. Overall an average hotel but if you don't need to be at the convention center there are better options.More

Location right downtown within walking distance of most historic sites and businesses. Many places to eat in addition to the hotel reseraunt also close by. Almost right next door to Philadelphia's Chine Town.
