Stayed with my kids and spouse over Fourth of July weekend. The hotel was very convenient; a short walk from the market, across the street from a convenience store where we could grab necessities on our way out. The room was clean and in good repair, and the people we interacted with were mostly professional. Still, our stay was a...

The hotel gives off the impression it is run by a group of teenagers supervised by teacher with other time commitments. We arrived to the valet no where to be seen and eventually found him talking to a friend around the corner. Once he was called by another staff member, he was still too nonchalant about parking our car. The...

I travelled to philly with 4 friends for a wedding and we just needed a hotel for the night. We booked a bedroom with 2 queen beds and when we went into the room, we noticed they were 2 doubles instead. We talked to the staff and they were very helpful and relocated us to a king suite with a...

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel during a convention in June. It is your basic Hampton Inn as far as the room and breakfast are concerned. However, the hotel had a few problems during my stay: 1. There was no hot water one morning so I had to go to the convention after a cold shower. The front desk...

This was my second stay at Hampton Inn/Convention Center, Philadelphia, and it is definitely my hotel of first choice. Each and every staff member provided excellent customer service, and the hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was convenient to Center City attractions and public transportation. The complimentary breakfast offered many choices. I was also pleased that hotel staff...

Close to Reading Terminal Market and Drexel University/Medical School. Lacking in bathroom amenities, especially a hair dryer that has some power. Breakfast is average. If you like eggs, fruited yogurts or waffles this may be your place.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for a couple of days. It’s not the Ritz, but you aren’t paying for that either. Here is my version of the pros and cons of this hotel: Pros: Staff: Everyone that I encountered was very pleasant and accommodating Location: This could have gone on the ‘con’ side since when we drove in we...

We always try to stay at Hillton properties and stayed in the Hampton Inn City Center to go to a baseball game. It is located in a very busy part of the city and we had a car which had to be parked and retreived by valets for $35 .It was very slow to have someone come out to take...

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Upon check in there was soft pretzels and fruit flavored water in the lobby. The breakfast was good and hot, even one of the staff members cooked my waffles for me. (Thanks Mr. Taylor.) The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely book again...

I stay in Hampton Inns every week when traveling. I absolutely love the consistency and service Hampton provides guests, no matter the city. I have to say, this Hampton is a Hampton with extra amenities, including a restaurant / bar area, located in city center of Philly. Great choice for a simple stay when you want a good location, for...
