Service is very good. Perfectly located in the heart of Philadelphia. Room is big enough and very comfortable as well. I haven't tried the facilities but the restaurant and bar of the hotel is also great. Great food and options of drinks. Decoration and environment is very modern but cosi at the same time.

Visited this lovely hotel with friends. Beautiful Decor, stylish boutique meets shabby chic. Centrally located, lots to see and do within walking distance. Rooms have everything you need, including a fridge Happy Hour for guests, wine, beer and champagne, heck yes!

This is a fairly expensive hotel situated just across the street from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. It is a funky, eclectic hotel that is fairly expensive but impeccably well-maintained. Staff is friendly. It's very expensive, but worth the price.

My family of four was visiting Philadelphia to visit colleges in the area. We have two teenagers and we all shared a large Park view room with 2 queen beds. The Hotel could not be situated any better to to see historical Philadelphia and it is a nice walk to Rittenberg square and other downtown sights. The rooms were clean,...

We stayed at the Hotel Monaco for one night and once again had a remarkable experience with a Kimpton Hotel. We were selected as the VIP Guests of the Night and received a room upgrade and they comped our pre-ordered wine for the room. The young lady (Sha?) was beyond fabulous in welcoming us and Roshid was very helpful when...

Great hotel!! Exquisite!! The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a gold fish on our desk when we arrived. How fun is that??!! Dog treats in the lobby. Perfect location to see Independence square.

The hotel is proximate to federal buildings (court, IRS, etc.) The restaurant had a nice menu with well prepared entrees. Got finished late one night and had to use room service since the restaurant kitchen closes at 10:00. The service was about 45 minutes and the sandwich and fries were well prepared. The room service menu is a little narrow...

I am very surprised by how disappointed I am since other reviews are so glowing. When I arrived they upgraded me to a park view and a bathtub. This bathtub is literally a normal apartment bathtub and nothing special. The remote had some sort of cream on it which was disgusting. No water was provided which is a no-no in...

I stayed here for two nights for a friend's wedding a few weekends ago. I found this hotel to be overpriced, considering my experience. Where to begin? We had to call down to the front desk to receive a key for our mini-bar. Why should we even have to obtain a key? If a 80% markup isn't enough to dissuade...
