I have been to other Renaissance properties and have seen better. I believe this brand is in a higher tier among all the brands that Marriott carries. I am a Marriott fan. I enjoy staying at Marriott properties and got my gold status. Having stayed at other Marriott properties and having had wonderful experience, I immediately made a reservation at... More

The sculpture and décor of the lobby tells you you're in a very special place. The decorating here is akin to being inn a museum-fascinating pieces everywhere you turn. Although this hotel is a bit hard to find, it's well worth a few wrong turns. Incredible value for a top-notch room (although a refrigerator in the room would be nice).... More

This is a very easy hotel to enjoy, as the lobby is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The hotel is a bit outdated, but they have done a nice job updating the rooms and common areas. Our room was huge, with a view of the water and trees out front. It's a little tricky when driving here, but my... More

I stayed at the hotel for a babymoon with my husband. Upon arrival it was fast check in, workers we're really nice, they offered me a room at ground level so I wouldn't have to take the time elevator, which was very helpful. There was a lot of noise coming from the ground level though due to the pool. Regardless... More

Great staff. Great location. Easy shuttle service. First time we stayed here, we usually stay at another property when flying. The Renaissance was closer and much easier to use. Highly recommended. Room was comfortable and clean. No complaints.

This hotel is 5 minutes away from the airport, with frequent shuttle service. Last year, they did a nice renovation to the lobby, and the bar and restaurant too, so it's very inviting space to hang out. The concierge service during the week (closed on the weekends) is great, with plenty of seating to relax, and ample food and beverage... More

You know it isn't going to be a good hotel experience when you consistently have to wait 30 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick you up or drop you off...and you see the competitors shuttles circle you twice before the Renaissance bus shows up. My concerns were soon validated with my stay. The only worse part was calling the... More

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times for business trips the past several years but it is going downhill. Check-in was pleasant as I was treated very nicely by the gentleman that checked me in. The hotel furnishings and decor are outdated on the guest room floors. The major disappointment was the concierge lounge. I was told at check-in... More
