This was our second time at the Raphael Inn and it was just as good as we remembered. We actually returned because George knows so much about the area and gave us so many great suggestions of things to do when we were here last year that we had to return. Food was delicious and Alexandra even prepared a breakfast-to-go...

I have stayed at many B&B's - but this place was the cleanest ever. It is an older home, so the rooms were not grandiose, but it was cozy and comfortable. They are located in a residential neighborhood which we found pleasant to leave the hustle and bustle of town behind. However, we could easily walk to and from town...

We stayed at the Raphael Inn for my birthday this past weekend. We had a fabulous time! The innkeepers Alex and George treated us like old friends that they had known for years. The B&B is intimate and charming. We loved our room. Alex made a yummy breakfast both mornings of our stay. Their inn is located only blocks away...

Alex and George were wonderful hosts. They were very anxious to be sure my wife and I had a great experience and set us up with a wonderful guide to the Gettysburg battlefield. They're warm and interesting people and we had several fascinating discussions with them on a range of subjects. Truly make you feel like you're a guest in...

We reserved both the Lincoln Suite and the California Suite for our family vacation. When we arrived, Alexandra and George graciously welcomed us. They were very attentive to any of our needs and shared about the area, restaurants, and points of interest. Heidi and Olive are adorable and friendly. Our rooms were decorated beautifully in the themes named. The Lincoln...

My husband and I spent several days in September in the "purple" room and found the room very comfortable! The shower was always hot and had great water pressure! The owners, George and Alexandra, are exceptional hosts. They took the time to give us tips, suggestions and lent us books to read so that we got the most out of...

My wife and I stayed at the Raphael Inn over Labor Day weekend and had an amazing stay. Alexandra and George were wonderful hosts who made sure we were equipped with all the information (tips for restaurants, maps, etc...) that we would need to have a fun and eventful stay. My wife is a vegan and they made sure that...

Warm, quaint, wonderful (and comfortable rooms) ~ met at the door when we first arrived by Alexandra (and sweet dogs Heidi and Olive) and were given all the information our brains could possibly hold to ponder for the next three day's activities. We were greeted enthusiastically each morning at the bottom of the stairs by the puppies, and presented with...
