The Brickhouse was the halfway stop on our vacation both coming and going. Found the information on-line and in the brochure we received from AAA for Gettysburg. Tried two different rooms and they were lovely. The rooms were spacious, clean and gave you a true feel of history. Our host, hostess and their staff made you feel welcome and special....

My husband and I stayed for a weekend in the Kentucky Suite. Beautiful, CLEAN room with porch overlooking the garden. The inn keepers were personable and attentive; never failing to offer tips on places to eat and things to see. The three course breakfast saved us money on lunch! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. It's a...

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We are so happy that you enjoyed your visit. Our housekeeping staff works very hard to make sure everything is as it should be for our guests and we'll be sure to let Theresa, our cook, how much you enjoyed the breakfast. We wouldn't want our guests running...

We were long time customers of the Farnsworth and thank goodness they told us about Brickhouse Inn when they could not accommodate a last minute get away. From the moment I called the Brickhouse Inn I was blown away by their kindness and willingness to do anything they could to ensure our stay was everything we wanted it to be....

My wife and I stayed here for two nights this spring and we loved it. The inn consists of two houses, the Welty house, built in 1830(with bullet-holes in the bricks from the battle. Very cool!), and the Victorian house, built in 1898. We stayed in the Ohio room in the Victorian house. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and clean....

Our room was well appointed and overlooked the street. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The inn was within walking distance of the battlefield, downtown, and restaurants. If you need to drive, parking is free unlike some inns in the area. Cookies, coffee, and tea are always available and the included breakfast is sumptuous.
